I've been to around four different car washes close to my house, Wash Werks is the furthest and I will drive out of my way to go to this one. It's always clean and very well tended to. Everyone is very kind. I locked my keys in my car and the staff was very helpful, they waited with me while I waited for help. Besides the kind staff and cleanliness, my car comes out clean and the vacuums are THE BEST! The prices are super reasonable, they even have monthly VIP packages, which is great for Arizona summers. I went to this car wash because I trusted the many positive reviews. My car was pretty dusty going in, but going out there was still a lot of dirt, bird poop, bugs, and whatever else gets on cars. On top of a poor wash there were more scratches than I could count! I knew these were from the brushes because they were in a repeating pattern across my entire car! On the roof, the doors, the sides. Nowhere was without scratch. Now I'll have to pay someone to fix that! Was a little ticked off I had to pay extra for a small towel when most other car washes have them for free. Also, most of my car came out clean but the bottom edges came out looking filthy as if the dirt just migrated to the bottom of the car. read more

Love the carwash. Fantastic owner and hardworking staff members. Biggest bummer though, is their tire sludge shine is awful. I thought they fixed it, it was applying clean for a day or two, and then it was consecutively just Brown and dirty after every wash. So I gave up on using it, bummer because I love the tire shine feature, but it left a stain on my paint, which is not cool. So now my tires just look dull, but at least they don't have brown sludge on them anymore. Since the owner and staff members are so nice, I didn't want to lower the rating, but maybe one day they'll find a better solution to the weird tire shine mess they offer right now. I know they are aware of the issue, just sharing this with other people, if you have the same issue, stop using it, or it will likely end up staining your car's paint job (when you drive off and it swishes onto your car). read more

Haven't been to carwash like this in close to a decade so decided to give it a try after reading the reviews. I usually wash my cars by hand or take them to a self-serve wash and spray with the pressure washers there but decided to give this place a try. I was selling an 08 Acura TL and had somebody coming by to look at it within the hour so didn't have time to wash it myself. The wash got the car clean for sure, with some nicely aimed tire shine to top it off, but at the expense of some pretty nasty scratches from the brushes that slap down onto the car, most noticeable on the hood, trunk and roof. I am a very good customer I have the ultimate member ship but until now I'm am officially cancelling it and I just Bought this truck and it scratched the hell out of my truck and the scratches are really deep there not just surface scratches that would of came off with a paint correction trust me I tried. read more

All I can say is this place is excellent. The wash itself is immaculate and I find this to be extremely important because if you're selling clean, then your facility better be clean. Wash Werks knocked it out of the park. I got their Werks Wash and it was an awesome show in the tunnel. The kids absolutely loved it. I stopped in and their manager Dustin was happy to help sign me up for their Unlimited Club. Always a perk when you can be park of something exclusive. Now for the cost of one normal hand wash elsewhere i can get unlimited. I'll be taking full advantage during this years haboob season. Couldn't be happier I found this place. read more

What a horrible first visit experience! Got the Basic wash (@ $6). After I went through and drove to the vacuum area, I notice these silver-dollar sized blotches on the window and one major one on the hood. Was extremely sticky. When an employee walked by, i pointed it out. After he conferred with the "boss", said probably was wax droppings from the machine and they would pay for an upgrade second wash. That did very little. Feeling this would not be resolved at the wash, went home to use finger nail polish remover on the window, as well as a follow-up with window cleaner. Is this what should be done AFTER a car wash? read more

Just stumbled upon it while in town. The guy at the pay station offered to help and was super friendly. Got the full show and really enjoyed the ride through. Honestly don't usually expect much from these type of washes but this wash left my car looking as good as the full service I usually go to! It even came out nice and dry. Amazing promotion going on right now. Upon pulling in the staff kindly greeted me at the pay station and offered me a free wash as part of their Grand Opening. They said this promotion ends November 5th. After the wash I pulled into their free vacuum and air nozzle station to finish detailing my car with a microfiber that they sell for $1. I was surprised with how well the wash did without a human ever touching the car. It was completely automated and did a nice job. I definitely plan to return. They have an Unlimited VIP Club which is also quite appealing. For $17-$30 you can get unlimited monthly washes. Give them a try! read more

Nice and new. The greeter was kind of a "dick" when I told him I had 4 cars and was not interested in the VIP club. I only get my cars washed about once a week. The vacuum was not working and no air nozzle. Opening at 9am on Sunday is a bit late when other car washes open at 7am. If they can address these issues they might make it. read more

seriously the best car wash! lots of vacuums and they actually have a place to hold your floor mats so you can vacuum them (ive never seen that before) this place also completely dried my car, ive never been to a car wash that actually 100% drys my car completely. the prices are a little obnoxious. i got a 14$ wash because it seemed like the best deal, but i tried doing the 6$ wash and then it said it would be 6$ to add wax so it seemed a little scammy. also, they dont have actual people that you purchase from, its a machine. i guess thatd be helpful to some people but the voice on the machine was SO DAMN LOUD and honestly annoying. but other than overall a really good car wash! read more

Employee guided our car in too close to the car ahead of us. As we began to notice we were getting too close, we collided with the truck infront if us while soap covered our windshield. The washer belt continued to have us collide with the truck and we were forced to shift into reverse in the middle of a wash to avoide further damage. Not a scratch on the truck but a clear imprint on our front bumper. The truck drove off so we proceeded to the office to review footage. The manager was not available so we came back the following day. Dustin reviewed the footage with us and admitted we were guided in too close with the truck infront of us, the truck lost its bearings on the wash belt and slipped backwards, resulting in a collison. If we were guided in at a correct distance, this would not have occured. Dustin was more than willing to resolve this incident and suggested we get a quote in what it'd cost to fix our front bumper and told us to "take our time" as this was not time sensitive. At the time, we were closing on our first house and much of our time focused on that. I kept in contact with Dustin for weeks apologizing for the delay and that I appreciate his kindness and willing to resolve the incident. He offered us $390 in complimentary car washes, our bumper replacement came out to be $407, seeing as the prices were in the same range, we figured this would not be an issue. Once I was able to get an accurate answer from a reliable shop, he replies to me that due to the "timeline" of our incident and due to the fact that Wash Werks was "not at fault" for the collision, all he was able to offer was $390 in car washes. In other words, we were taken advantage of, he killed us with kindness and assured us this was not time sensitive, when in fact he was really planning to time out the clock and most likely disposed of our footage showing the clear collison. If neither driver was at fault nor was Wash Werks, who was? We refused the complimentary washes and are disgusted with the fact he lied to our faces. We will no longer be customers of Wash Werks nor do we recommend them. read more
