DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We first contacted them in October, they came & stripped & stained our deck & it looked absolutely AWFUL. They agreed to re-do it. HOWEVER, they never return phone calls. You have to constantly nag them. So because they would not get back to us, we had to wait to re-do the deck. They finally came back in March and re-painted the deck. They then had the audacity to bill us an additional $280 after we'd already paid $1200. (mind you, our deck is not that large) When I called to dispute (after 3 weeks of trying to get a hold of them) they offered only $50 off. Are you serious? BEWARE!! I have had the worst experience with these people. The supposed "office manager" is a complete crook and I am filing a complaint with the BBB and Angies list. They were hired to power wash and seal my deck. They came out, power washed the deck and never came back to complete the process. I called them three times to find out when they were coming, and they continually said that I was going to be 'put on the schedule'. At this point, the deck is gray and dirty, which I explained to the "office manager". Her solution? Pay them to come out again. I asked to speak to the owner Steve Chapman, and the "office manager" said that "HE DOESNT SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS". I guess Steve is too good for us. There is ZERO customer service. I scheduled service in 2017, had my deck washed in preparation for repair and staining. The crew kept saying my fence door was locked or my water was turned off, both not true. This kept pushing back service further. Finally, Steve came to take care of the deck and siding himself; however, he left streaks on the siding. I waited weeks on the waiting list, eventually giving up and asking for my deposit back. I have asked for over a year an a half for my deposit back, receiving emails that the check was on the way but it has never come. This is absolutely unacceptable, please refund my money for work never accomplished. read more

Do not hire them. They washed my deck early June this year. They did not seal it for 6 weeks after the wash. I called them and complained about the service. They promised to re-wash and to immediately seal it within a week or so. They re-wash my deck in mid July. It is almost September now (8/31), they still did not seal my deck. Obviously, they need to re-re-wash and seal the deck. I am not going to pay any and will ask a different company to do the entire job. Do not hire them. They are just terrible. read more

Very disappointed with Wash My Deck. A NO SHOW. After requesting a quote via their website, they were quick to provide an estimate and numerous emails and phone calls to schedule an appointment. After about 3-weeks of phone tag because the person handling my account was always 'on the other line', we finally scheduled a date for 12 May. Well... as of 4:00 pm on 12 May, they never showed to wash the deck. No cancellation notice, no courtesy call to notify if they're running late, no voicemail... nothing. I call their customer service number to be told I need to contact the scheduler, but the scheduler is 'on the other line'. I expressed that the CS rep needs to contact the scheduler to have him/her contact me, but am told they can't do that. I am to leave the scheduler a voicemail for him/her to contact me! The CS rep forwarded me to the scheduler's voicemail, and I left a message for him/her to call me ASAP to discuss this... I'm still waiting. UPDATE 1: The scheduler never returned my call. However, the person who was supposed to clean my deck call around 5:30 pm to tell me he couldn't make it today due to an equipment malfunction! This is completely unacceptable. I left a message with the scheduler to inform them they have been fired. I also contacted the person who was supposed to clean my deck to inform him the same. UPDATE 2: Ally, the scheduler, called on 13 May to inform me the technician could not keep my appointment on 12 May since he had a family emergency, and they wanted to reschedule for 13 May. Interesting since the technician told me he couldn't keep the appointment due to an equipment malfunction. Ally stated the best they could do was to reschedule the NO SHOW. I kindly corrected her and stated the best they could have done was to inform me of the potential reschedule as the 'family emergency' came to light, not after I starting calling around 4pm to find out what's going on. read more

I used this company last year for both my decks and fence; sanding and staining. They showed up on a Sunday with no appointment after delaying for 2-3 weeks. The product they used seems to be pretty good, however, the workers didn't leave things as they were when they found them. They removed the patio furniture but never put it back on either deck. Even after contacting BBB and the company saying they would provide me with some money back, they didn't send it to me. What is it with these contractors and their lack of integrity? Very unprofessional company. They gave me a wrong estimate and then when I cancelled the contract they stopped answering my calls and emails. They are not returning my $1,612. Last contact was with Kayla on 8th September 2015 they agreed to refund on August 21, 2015 but now apparently they cannot find a technician to post the cheque. This is the worst company to get your work done by. What a difference! After years of neglect, we are putting my father's house on the market. I don't even know the last time (if ever) it was power washed! It looks brand new. The service was quick and efficient. The front light was knocked to the side and didn't work. Wash my Deck was willing to replace it, however, after a few days, it came back on. They STILL came by and adjusted it back to its original position, which was great because there isn't a ladder there. Thank you!! read more

We had a complete sanding and re-staining of our deck last year, paid close to $1,000 for the job. At the time we were very pleased with the work, except for the fact that you have to choose your stain color online and it didn't end up looking the way we thought it would. We were told the solid stain would last three years. It did not. It is peeling and flaking. Elite came by to do their annual assessment and recommended that we do EXACTLY THE SAME PROCESS WE DID LAST YEAR. When we contacted them to tell them we don't feel we should pay for a redo of the deck surface, we were told that they "pro rate the three years" and that it will cost $300 to fix the problem. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!! I regret not posting a review a year ago when Elite did an incredibly poor job cleaning and staining my deck. The work was done end of March 2011. I had them back five different times to correct problems. The original guy that did the spraying sprayed evergreen trees, all around the trunk of a tree that I have in the middle of the deck, siding, sliding glass doors, screens, gutters. Additionally there were many missed spots. That summer when low pressure hose spraying, the stain came right off! And this past weekend when cleaning deck, again the same thing happened. It looks like the deck is in need of staining again. The sad thing is this poor work cost me $2,800! DO NOT let this company do your work. I have full email correspondence as well as detailed pictures, so I'm not just making this up. You would not believe the poor quality. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. read more

Horrible in every way! We first received an estimate from Elite at the end of April. During the first week of May, my wife discussed the estimate in detail to confirm that the quoted price covered removing deck furniture, power washing, sanding and staining the Brazilian hardwood deck flooring on our upper deck and lower porch, and power washing and staining the deck railings, lattice, etc. using an opaque stain matching the current cream colored stain. We agreed to have Elite proceed with the work, but were told that there would be a two week delay in commencing the power washing. We agreed to wait and the power washing was scheduled for May 18. On Sunday May 13, my wife received an email from falsely indicating that the discussions about the estimate had taken place the prior day. The email alleged that the estimate overlooked the need for cream colored stain and the fact that the deck would be two-tone and attempted to increase the price by $350. In fact, these details were clearly stated in the estimate and were confirmed by my wife over one week before we received the email. The fact that we were being asked to agree to an additional $350 charge only days before the work was to begin did not escape our notice. We responded immediately and refused to accept such a tactic. Ultimately, Elite agreed to go forward at the original price. The deck was power washed on May 18, but the job was incomplete and sloppy. The furniture on the porch was not moved and the porch floor showed no signs of power washing. The furniture showed signs of abuse and a strap connecting two pieces of a sectional sofa was broken. The upper deck had been power washed, but much of the stain had not been removed. My wife called the office to complain, and was told that the porch was not power washed because the furniture had not been removed. We followed up with a call to the Elite employee (whom I call T) who had prepared the estimate. T agreed that she knew of the furniture and expressed surprise that it had not been removed. She also expressed surprise that some stain remained on the deck. T said that she would have the deck redone on the following Saturday, May 26. Meanwhile the workman who had done the poor job called our home and said he would be back that day to redo the deck. We told T that the workman planned to return to our home that day, but she had no idea how he could take care of our deck on that day in light of his other commitments. At that point, we expressed serious concern over the competence of Elite in terms of organization, communication and quality of work. We said that we were concerned about using the same workman since he had already damaged our furniture. T acknowledged that serious problems existed, but assured us that she would personally see that the job was completed to our satisfaction. With this additional guarantee, and because it would have taken substantial time and delay to locate another company, I removed the porch furniture to ensure that no further damage would be done, and we agreed to allow Elite to continue. We were out of town on May 26, but when we returned on May 28, we saw very little improvement in the appearance of the deck or porch. Ample stain remained. A note was left saying that we would be called on Tuesday, May 29 to schedule the final work on the deck. We never received any call or communication of any sort. By the end of June, we had given up any hope that Elite would ever complete our job in a workman-like manner and terminated our relationship with Elite. Oddly enough, we remain on the email list for Elite and continue to receive offers for discounts. It appears that the owner of the company is so busy sending out marketing materials that he has not time to see that Elite's customers are properly serviced. read more

This company washed my neighbors deck, my deck is right next to theirs, the morning I stained my deck they ruined the work I had done and I had to clean their cleaner off my deck and restain. When they came to stain my neighbors deck they were spraying stain on my windows, all over my herbs and on my deck, my deck is canyon brown and they are spraying a gray driftwood, I told the technician and he told me I would need to use a razor blade to remove it from my windows. Very poor attention to what they are doing. read more

I hired Elite Pressure Cleaning to wash my house, brick wall, walkway, and cement porch floor. The staff was courteous and knowledge and able to get my project scheduled in a timely manner. The technician did a through job of cleaning up the areas requested. The prices was great. I would use them again and highly recommend them. read more

I am in the process of having my deck and all fences power washed and stained. It will be the first time in nearly ten years that I have had professionals do the job. (I made the mistake of trying to have "the kids" do it.) So far - we are only through the power wash and I am amazed! This deck hasn't looked this good since the day it was built! The deck has been beat up by no less than 3 large dogs (sometimes 5-6) and now I can't wait to see it after its "dye job". Timely, Friendly, Hard-Working - Brian and Tyrone .... Originally we were scheduled to have the house pressure washed Monday 3/28/2016. They called almost here and showed up a week early. The technician was not able to do the job hired for because he did not have a tall enough ladder and he broke his scrub brush. I called and spoke with a person in the office and they told me they had to speak with their boss and would get back to me within the hour. Several hours passed and I had to call again and just got the answering machine. I spoke with someone on Tuesday and they assured me someone would be out Thursday. I waited all day and no one showed. I called the office and no one answered. I got through to someone on Friday morning and they set up another appointment for First thing Saturday. My husband and I waited all day for approximately nine hours and no one ever showed up. I called the office two times and no one ever answered. read more

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. This is the worst company ever. We paid them almost $500. They came and essentially sprayed our deck with a high powered water hose. They were supposed to come back and seal the deck but after 2 months and many phone calls that were never returned as well as several emails that were returned but never acted upon, we finally gave up and hired another company. We've never gotten our money back and the new company that came by to do the work said that we were robbed. They showed us all the places that should have been cleaned but weren't and showed us what the deck should have looked like after a true power wash. I've never written a bad review of a company before but this is truly the worst company I've ever dealt with. Run, don't walk, away from these guys. This is absolutely the worst company that you could possibly use. The young man they sent to stain was smoking marijuana in my driveway in the elite van, while rapping loudly about drugs, They sound good but have no clue what they're doing. The lady in the office name Sam has no idea what she's talking about she will give you answers that sound good but she is clueless. The management and organization of the company is the worst ever, I do not understand how they are still in business. They do not care about the customer or their employees. The three employees that have visited my home have all talk down about elite. When they pressure washed my deck the chemical that they used got all over my house and allover my plants killing everything in the vicinity of my deck all of my plants died including the grass. I called and complained and they send somebody out to clean off the house in which all they did was rinse it off and there still would particles and dirt and everything all over my windows stuck in my screens and everything then when they came to sand and stain my deck they were spraying paint everywhere while they were spraying it was like a cloud of paint in my backyard there was paint all over my windows they got it all of the siding of my house and said that it would come off, when they were cleaning the paint off of my house they were stripped the paint off of my aluminum sliding glass door so now does bear aluminum, there is paint on my siding that will not come off and they cannot get it off and they will not do anything about it, the sanding that they did is a joke, they sanded only the top handrails and the floor with a big drum sander they did not do any of the vertical pickets or anything else which is all furred up from the pressure wash. my backyard looks like a war zone and my deck looks worse than how it looks when they started. read more

Do NOT use this company! Oh, how I regretted not looking at the online reviews before hiring them. They also go by "Wash my Deck", which I find a bit suspect (having 2 names). I hired them to powerwash my house in the Spring, 2015. When the guy arrived to powerwash, he started off telling me about some medical lawsuit he had been involved in with a previous customer while working for this employer, so my antennae went up! He spent a great deal of time talking about the details of his medical history as a result of this past job. I asked if he was insured, and he said he was. Ok, then I asked if he would like me to move my furniture on my deck and he said, "no, not a problem." He said he would do it. I should have done it myself, because that night I noticed a gouge in the railing of my deck. I thought it wasn't a big deal, as I do not plan on keeping my deck forever. I figured I would call them and they would probably just come over and sand out the sharp shards and maybe fill it in with some wood filler and sealer. Again, I was NOT asking for a brand new deck! Well, I spoke with a woman in the office who was very annoyed and essentially said it was not their fault. I asked to have someone call me back, and nobody ever did. I spoke to her several times over the next few weeks and NOBODY EVER called me back to discuss, despite their repeated promises that somebody would! They said that it could not have been their guy since he did not touch anything on my deck! Um, excuse me, the guy absolutely moved my furniture on my deck, he told me he would himself! While waiting for a return call from the owner, which I requested but NEVER received, I got a letter in the mail demanding payment or they would send me to collections! I truly couldn't believe this was their first course of action. As the $299 wasn't worth my time to fight them on this, I just paid it so I could be done with them. (this all happened over a course of a few weeks) I honestly couldn't believe that they were so hostile toward me, as I was only asking for a very minor repair! They never attempted to discuss any other options with me, and quite frankly I didn't think I was asking for much. I was raised in a family owned business and a minor request to fix an error is really no big deal if it means future business. Future business is clearly not a priority for this company. They have definitely lost me as a returning customer and anyone who asks for a recommendation. If I could have given them zero stars I would have! read more
