It's just a storage shed, right?…read more Well there are a few nice things about Wildcat setting it apart. First, the place is extremely safe. Great security system, great lighting, and on-premise management that lives on site. Second, the pricing is reasonable. If you find a better price they will match it and they are forever running specials to be competitive and keep the place full. My favorite thing is how accommodating they are. Need power? They find a unit close to an outlet. Need better access? They find a unit you can back a trailer to. Need a truck? They have a box truck they loan out for free to storage customers. It's more than just a shed.

The customer service is awful the one and only lady that is running the show hates people that ask…read morequestions. She even told me so. She gets really defensive from 0 to 100 in no time. She is not someone that should be talking to customers. She definitely hates her job and takes everything personally. I've never been treated so rudely in all of my life when rent a storage unit. Even the very first day I started my contract she seemed to have problems with wanting to explain anything to me without getting upset. Yes im the type of person that doesn't read or remember all of the fine details of a contract. Or know the ins and outs of renting. But if ask a question and im a little bit shocked about the contract the first response from the worker should not be ripping me a new one for asking questions and not understanding them fully. They have misleading signs that say they don't raise the rent but they do it's just worded in a way to get you hooked. And when if you ask any question about anything she comes unglued. Only reason I rented from them in the first place is because it was a good location for me and cheap. And now i know why.

I wish that there was an Easy Storage in every state! The convenience of their self serve kiosk is such an ingenious idea! There's absolutely NO hassle with setting up an appointment with their office staff. You just drive up to the kiosk, choose the size of your unit, and rent right there! The facility is completely safe. Iron gates all around and a main iron gate that in order to enter, you must key in your personal access code. Many facilities in Ogden that we researched prior to going with Easy Storage, did not have the kind of protected properties that we found with them. Lastly, Joan and the staff at Easy Storage are so easy to work with. Always professional and courteous. Whenever we had questions or concerns regarding our storage, they were easy to contact and always helpful. I highly recommend Easy Storage and give them a 10-star review!! Excellent facility!

No one noticed our unit had been broken into until we asked why there was a different lock on our unit. It had been about a month since the last time we visited our unit. When I arrived they said they didn't have ANY of the promotional units available, how convenient. I had just moved from out of state so what was I supposed to do? I had enough already going on to deal with finding another storage place. I think they know that and intentionally lure you in with the promise of a cheap unit. They got me to sign up for this indoor unit. It's crazy expensive. I could just move to a larger house and save on the pain of only being able to access my stuff during the hours they're open. I think I pay a little over $150 a month for this place and it just keeps going up every couple months. I also just noticed there's water dripping into my unit from the fire sprinklers.
