I wish that there was an Easy Storage in every state! The convenience of their self serve kiosk is such an ingenious idea! There's absolutely NO hassle with setting up an appointment with their office staff. You just drive up to the kiosk, choose the size of your unit, and rent right there! The facility is completely safe. Iron gates all around and a main iron gate that in order to enter, you must key in your personal access code. Many facilities in Ogden that we researched prior to going with Easy Storage, did not have the kind of protected properties that we found with them. Lastly, Joan and the staff at Easy Storage are so easy to work with. Always professional and courteous. Whenever we had questions or concerns regarding our storage, they were easy to contact and always helpful. I highly recommend Easy Storage and give them a 10-star review!! Excellent facility!

It was declared a Herst. I have a permit, to transport his ashes, it stopped running on our way to the graveyard. So I put it in storage til it was repaired. It was taken in August 2021. My life was threatened if I reported it. I am working with a Attorney on this matter.

No one noticed our unit had been broken into until we asked why there was a different lock on our unit. It had been about a month since the last time we visited our unit. We chose Alpine because they seemed to be the most professional in the area when we were calling around. Just disappointed about the lack of security and the lack of recompense. But hey, good news, the manager decided not to raise our (already overpriced) monthly fee along with everyone else. Now we know what to look for. Life lessons, right?

There is supposed to be a 5-day grace period but they locked my unit and charged my card without consent on the April 3, 2025. They also keep increasing the rent. Go elsewhere.
