I wish that there was an Easy Storage in every state! The convenience of their self serve kiosk is such an ingenious idea! There's absolutely NO hassle with setting up an appointment with their office staff. You just drive up to the kiosk, choose the size of your unit, and rent right there! The facility is completely safe. Iron gates all around and a main iron gate that in order to enter, you must key in your personal access code. Many facilities in Ogden that we researched prior to going with Easy Storage, did not have the kind of protected properties that we found with them. Lastly, Joan and the staff at Easy Storage are so easy to work with. Always professional and courteous. Whenever we had questions or concerns regarding our storage, they were easy to contact and always helpful. I highly recommend Easy Storage and give them a 10-star review!! Excellent facility!

Our auto-pay went out for August, because it was too late to cancel it. Discussed with on site managers. They agreed to refund it. September. No refund. Called, and they declared they now weren't going to return it. 17 years and over $16,000 in rent....and you stick us for $80??? Really??? Beware all..they will get you too, if they can!

We rented a larger unit there at the same time we used this place. The difference was like night and day! This place ripped us off when we first started renting and when we vacated the unit. Our unit was advertised as a 5 X 10. After paying the first months rent and $20 deposit, we found out it was not actually 5 X 10 but maybe 4 X 8. But we kept it because our stuff fit. We used the unit for about 2-3 months. When we vacated the unit we left it completely clean. This was the beginning of September but the guy told us since we paid for the whole month (and they don't refund for partial months) they would send our deposit after September 30th. Today after three weeks and no deposit received, I called to find out why and they tell me we weren't eligible for our deposit because they had to clean stuff out of the unit. That is a LIE. They are CROOKS! Also the access into the facility is horrible!

Been with this same storage for a few years it was alright at first many managers later I get a…read morephone call telling me I needed to move due to maintenance issues that they needed to take care of they called on a Tuesday and wanted me to move everything out by the next day...this being impossible for me to do as I have a seizure disorder and am not allowed to drive anymore plus a year and a half ago I had to move to west valley city...anyway I finally get someone to drive me over to Ogden to take care of the issue and the person on duty said she knew nothing about any maintenance being done....after I moved all of my stuff out the manager leaves me a very nasty voicemail that was a bunch of lies she was put out with me because I wanted her bosses name....when my storage had been broken into and several things were stolen I was given no help with the insurance stuff even though I asked at least 5 times and filled a police report...After all of this there is no way I can advise anyone to use this company!!!!

The second is the renter is responsible for the guests they have so when you have a fire at 2 am without her here YOU get her kicked out . We already had a fire which burnt a few units & the tenants lost all they had stored. So with that you got all her privilege of coming whenever taken way.Let's not forgot the roll you played in this whole ordeal. We don't want renters with guests that have absolutely no common sense & total disregard to the rules of this facility.
