This office charges $10,000 for Invisalign, while most other reputable clinics in town offer it for around $6,500. Despite using his "Platinum" Invisalign status to justify the inflated price, I've since learned that these titles are awarded based purely on the number of cases sold each year, and DO NOT reflect success rate, patient satisfaction, or clinical expertise. When I questioned my treatment plan, communication quickly became delayed and inconsistent. The Treatment Coordinator's responses felt evasive and, at times, deliberately misleading. At one point, I was told an email had already been responded to -- but when that email was forwarded to me (weeks later), it was obvious the reply had been manually typed in to appear as though it had been sent earlier. The timestamp, format, and content made it clear it was fabricated after the fact after I was deliberately ignored. I was also told I needed multiple "preventative" fillings despite having a long history of healthy teeth. That didn't sit right with me, so I went elsewhere for a second opinion. Sure enough, and just as I suspected, the new dentist confirmed (both visually and through X-rays) that my teeth were perfectly fine. It wasn't until Dr. Salyani made me question his integrity that I started shopping around for a new provider -- and to my surprise, he has quite the reputation around town. That, combined with the clinic's constant staff turnover, says a lot about how things are really run behind the scenes. The whole experience felt more like a hard sell at a used car lot than a visit to a healthcare professional. If you value transparency, ethics, and consistency in your care -- look elsewhere. And spare me the canned responses like "Different dentists have different philosophies" or "We can't find you in our system." You know exactly who I am -- and I have the receipts to back that this is all factual.

His offices are state of the art and you get the sense that he is not only happy in his work but he has also created an environment that makes a visit to a dentist the best it can possibly be. The Dentist was not helpful did not answer any of my question on what will help with the pain the prices or any other questions. but that lady at the front helped so much. We came from a dentist who found 13 holes in my teeth (I visit a dentist usually every 6 months) to Dr. Ford who found one. Even though I knew the other dentist was scamming for money Dr. Ford would still not say anything bad about the dentist. He won't waste your time or money. We have insurance and he'll still choose a course of treatment that's comfortable for you. He believes that you shouldn't touch teeth unnecessarily. His team is amazing with my kids. I came in once and they had their stuffed animals with them. When I came back again a month later they all remembered the stuffed animals names and made the kids feel so comfortable and important. Even though dr. Ford is a no nonsense kind of guy my kids love him (and my son is afraid of most things). They pretend to be him during play. We couldn't have found a more honest, sincere group of people. I would never go to see another dentist.
