This office charges $10,000 for Invisalign, while most other reputable clinics in town offer it for around $6,500. Despite using his "Platinum" Invisalign status to justify the inflated price, I've since learned that these titles are awarded based purely on the number of cases sold each year, and DO NOT reflect success rate, patient satisfaction, or clinical expertise. When I questioned my treatment plan, communication quickly became delayed and inconsistent. The Treatment Coordinator's responses felt evasive and, at times, deliberately misleading. At one point, I was told an email had already been responded to -- but when that email was forwarded to me (weeks later), it was obvious the reply had been manually typed in to appear as though it had been sent earlier. The timestamp, format, and content made it clear it was fabricated after the fact after I was deliberately ignored. I was also told I needed multiple "preventative" fillings despite having a long history of healthy teeth. That didn't sit right with me, so I went elsewhere for a second opinion. Sure enough, and just as I suspected, the new dentist confirmed (both visually and through X-rays) that my teeth were perfectly fine. It wasn't until Dr. Salyani made me question his integrity that I started shopping around for a new provider -- and to my surprise, he has quite the reputation around town. That, combined with the clinic's constant staff turnover, says a lot about how things are really run behind the scenes. The whole experience felt more like a hard sell at a used car lot than a visit to a healthcare professional. If you value transparency, ethics, and consistency in your care -- look elsewhere. And spare me the canned responses like "Different dentists have different philosophies" or "We can't find you in our system." You know exactly who I am -- and I have the receipts to back that this is all factual.

Dr. Salyani and the rest of the staff were not only friendly and compassionate, but the warm way they make you feel is only surpassed by their expertise at dentistry and keeping your teeth and gums healthy. Dr. Salyani is a world-class dentist, and also so nice and friendly. He makes sure you feel comfortable and right at home and his work is truly amazing. His offices are state of the art and you get the sense that he is not only happy in his work but he has also created an environment that makes a visit to a dentist the best it can possibly be. I am very fortunate to have found Dr. Salyani and the rest of the staff. They are terrific people and excellent at their craft. The Dentist was not helpful did not answer any of my question on what will help with the pain the prices or any other questions. but that lady at the front helped so much. The dentist took us up to the front at the end of the appointment and the lady at the front was speaking on the phone but the dentist was trying to talk her and was getting mad and started rolling his eyes because she was busy on the phone and not listening. While she was working with my estimates for my daughters Dr.Shafi came back out asking where the lady at the front desk put a chart and she said she did not touch it and he said well I guess it moved itself. After words he came back and said he found it in his office. I felt so bad for the lady at the front no one should be spoken too or treated like that. Also, the dental rooms are covered and protected with plastic doors. Lastly, as always, the whole dental office is kept sparkly clean. I thought the procedure was going to be long and nasty. Believe it or not, it was actually quite enjoyable. Unlike other dentists, he explained what he was going to do before each step. I felt much more comfortable when I knew what exactly the doctor was doing to me. The procedure was done neatly and painlessly before I even realized. When I felt painful in my gum around that tooth 6mth later, I called the office and the receptionist was very nice to book me a consult on the same day. The assistant took the X-Ray free of charge. Dr Partnoy explained my X-ray thoroughly and confirmed my bone healed well. He advised me to get a crown instead of the permanent fillings, which was the same reason as what I expected. The team is absolutely professional and I would recommend here to anyone who needs to do a root canal.

I was referred to Endodontic Specialists by Dr. Robert Feeley of Downtown Dental Centre for a root canal. I simply can't recommend Dr. Glen Partnoy highly enough. He was very professional, straight and to the point. He explained the diagnosis thoroughly in terms I could understand and prepared me for the procedure. All in all it took less than an hour. Dr. Partnoy prescribed me pain meds but honestly I have felt no post-op discomfort of any kind. At then end of the day my insurer Manulife only designated eligible $934 out of $1355 for the root canal fee. They only pay the prevailing rate for a dentist to perform root canals as opposed to a specialist. For me I will be going to Endodontic Specialists everytime--it's worth it!

I found myself in an awkward position with a painful broken tooth. It was broken for about 3 years…read morebut nobody noticed the hairline cracks in my tooth. A crack typically leads to an infection, so I ended up working with a "crack team" of Endodontics. Dr. Leung and his staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. The work that was done was explained well, and no risks were taken to risk further infection. The break was bad because it was in an awkward spot. The team was able to fix my tooth up and the pain is now much better. Having a root canal was not as unpleasant as I expected it to be, and they had me out the door pretty quick and back to doing normal things. Great experience start to finish and highly recommended.
