Red flag for me I requested a second dentist, after the ex-rays The lady dentist wanted to check my gums with a tool, I said I did not want that done, she said the government puts in place mandatory procedures so I let her and every prob/tooth gum was to the limit, uncomfortably and it hurt on a couple areas from her pressure. My gums are fine. they Tex me saying I needed a crown or something for like 1500 and I could pay monthly instalments. I called and said what about just a filling, oh 98 dollars. Just want the money! The person who cleaned them was good. I'll never go back!!!

She continually kept stating payment was due the day of, which I agreed to and understood. After several phone calls and be put on hold and still no appointment, I asked if I could speak to her manager. She then added in my file that I was using profanity. When I was transferred to the manager she would help me because of the zero profanity policy. I said well listen to the recordings of the phone calls as I didn't swear. The manager then stated they don't record calls, they believe the staff. If this was the last dental Office on the planet I would pull my own teeth. I ended up going to Owen Sound Dental who fit me in that day and were a much lower cost. I would highly recommend Owen Sound Dental.
