I just called in to move some appointments due to my work schedule. the receptionist LYNN began speaking to me with an utterly irritated tone. it continued.. I finally asked, "would you like me to find another dental office? because you sound extremely irritated with having to deal with this." she denied her irritation, it continued.. I finally had enough of her. I told her to cancel all my appointments, that I will be finding a new dental office who speaks with respect, kindness. LYNN if you're reading this. I hope you decide to change your tone. I hope that another person doesn't have to deal with that. it was rude. it's a shame that you, as a receptionist ruined it for your own boss who runs the dental office.

Also, the dental rooms are covered and protected with plastic doors. Lastly, as always, the whole dental office is kept sparkly clean.
