Warren's Spirited Kitchen is undoubtedly one of our top dining spots. We visit several times a year, and I adore everything about it--the warm, cozy atmosphere, the friendly servers, the inviting bar, and the enticing menu, not to mention the charming outdoor patio. My spouse typically opts for the salmon, while I enjoy a salad or the fish dish, both of which are always delicious. The menu is so reliable that I hardly need to look at it, and if I'm hosting company, I know I can count on their perfectly cooked steaks.

Needed to get a gift card, so stopped in for dinner to give it a try! Made reservations easily online. One we got there, we decided to sit at the bar instead! Service was fantastic and we loved the atmosphere. Started with the tuna appetizer and loved the variety that came with it. Tuna was so tender and of great quality. I ordered the steak medallions. I love blue cheese sauce and the mushrooms were a nice addition. My husband ordered the chicken and funnel cake and thought it was delicious. A bit sweet, but so different! Overall the food, service and atmosphere was five stars and we would definitely return!

Lovely and well maintained patio with pretty flowers for outside dining. While mosquitos will bother you at dark evenings, it is lovely to spend outside when the weather is beaitiful. Food is pretty good - we had salmon and duck. The best food I enjoyed was the freshly baked fluffy bread with three toppings (pictured) We had flourless chocolate cake. It was fair. Overall - lovely dining for ending summer.

Good vibe for a Friday night and the way it is decorated is done pretty well. Once we were seated we ordered and were served quickly. We got the shrimp appetizer to start. I got the Philly cheesesteak with sweet potato waffle fries and my brother for the morning after burger with French fries. We both enjoyed our choices. They give good sized servings of fries and the burger and cheesesteak were a decent size. I would definitely go back!

ZERO STARS - Don't Waste Your Time or Money!…read more This restaurant used to be decent, but my experience today was completely unacceptable. I ordered two grilled patty melts and received burgers served on soft wheat bread instead of rye. The bread wasn't even grilled, and the sandwiches had cheddar cheese instead of Swiss cheese. The entire order was prepared incorrectly. I called the restaurant to let them know about the mistake, and I was shocked by the response. The owner--not a manager--told me there was nothing she would do and that I needed to file a complaint with DoorDash. DoorDash didn't prepare the food; the restaurant did. What disappointed me most wasn't the mistake itself, but the complete lack of accountability and customer service. Errors happen, but refusing to address them is unacceptable. I am extremely disappointed with this establishment and will never eat here again. The owner's attitude has completely ruined what was once a decent restaurant.

"Hook and Hoof" has been in downtown Willoughby for quite a while so they must be doing something right. And the fact that there aren't that many high level dining establishments in the Willoughby area helps. The first thing I noticed was the facility is very narrow which lends to a crowded feel. And all you need is one overly boisterous table (which was right next to us) and the noise level can be overwhelming. The server we had for the evening was very pleasant. She did a good job being timely with everything. But, it was odd that she often did not listen to an entire request (or maybe just couldn't hear) before walking away. There were a couple of requests for simple standard items that she wasn't even sure they had. I just found it odd. The food however was excellent. The kitchen staff did an exemplary job all night. I had a marvelous cocktail from the well stocked bar. And my double cut pork chop was fantastic. So full of flavor, juicy, cooked exactly as I requested. The sides that accompanied it were just tender enough without being mushy. And my banana cream pie was great. Overall, I give "Hook and Hoof" a solid 4. I definitely can see us going back. They deserve another try. You should give them a try and see for yourself.

So she chose the Christmas lights of Chagrin Falls and "Odd Fellows Restaurant" which looks out on the Gazebo and all the lights of the square. We arrived at the restaurant and immediately were seated at a comfortable table in the center of the room by a very professional young woman. Very shortly after, the sweetest, most bubbly young lady greeted us and introduced herself as Bianca, our server for the evening. I can't say enough about Bianca. She was absolutely extraordinary. Friendly is an understatement. She had a beautiful smile that never left her face. She was so personable you could not help but feel comfortable in her care for the evening. Throughout the 2+ hours we were in her hands she just kept getting more impressive. If you decide to give "Odd Fellows" a try you would be doing yourself a great service by requesting her as your server for the evening when you make your reservation. Our initial order included refreshing drinks from the bar along with great crusty bread and excellent "Roasted red pepper soup". Very nicely done. We followed that with our entrees. I ordered the "Sesame Tuna" which was very nicely prepared. My wife and sister-in-law had the "Walleye" and they loved it. My brother enjoyed the "Shrimp Bucatini". I must say the kitchen did an exemplary job all evening... Kudos to the entire kitchen staff. We followed dinner with excellent coffee and very nicely presented desserts. A marvelous finish to a marvelous evening at "Odd Fellows". I give them my highest recommendation and encourage you to give them a try. Don't forget to request Bianca -- she is the cherry on top.

I had a Caesar salad with shrimp for dinner which was great, filling but still light and the shrimp were fantastic, nice and big and very flavorful. We also ordered Brussels sprouts, fries and "onion rings" for the table. The Brussels were fantastic, probably my best bite of the night. I also really loved the fries, they had the perfect amount of salt which I always appreciate. The onions rings were very good, but I would call them more of onion straws so just be sure you know what you're getting if you grab those. Others at my table enjoyed the burger a lot, as well as the shrimp pasta. A lovely holiday experience overall!
