I appreciate the customer service. ------------------------- I am hoping to amend this review, if resolved. I had 2 new tires put on and alignment completed at a cost of just under $500. I left and noticed the tire pressure light was on and the tire pressure was low. I drove back and was told it was normal and would be fine in 20 minutes and basically ignore it, if nothing changes to try to come back within the hour. I live 20 minutes away, I would not make it back and suggested I would come on Monday if the light didn't come off. I got home and my tire was below 20. It's now at 3. and I had to call roadside assistance to put my spare on. I wasn't told I would need to be aware of the light being on, which triggered me to return, that is one issue, however when I went back and notified them, they should have at least checked to make sure everything was ok instead of telling me to drive it around for 20 mins. In this case, causing the problem to get worse. It is Saturday and they are not open tomorrow, the soonest I can possibly have a resolution is Monday.

Called up my dad to see what he would do and he did mention it was shady like I said to have a check engine light on referring to a transmission sensor for an alignment and then was told I should take it to a dealership to get it checked out. Great service person to person, but work wise on vehicles, I would recommend a more reputable place like a dealership if you are lookin for more than tires.

They were honest and helpful regarding the stress test and replaced the windshield right on the spot. The technician explained what happened during the first installation and said he would pass on the info to the original technician (from Henderson Glass) so that this issue could be avoided with other customers. They couldn't order glass from distributors, closed due to storm, but they cleaned up the glass and put in plastic very strong to get me through at no charge. Recommended I might need body work for surrounding dent. I did need that body work so I went elsewhere but they were extremely helpful on a very busy day for them knowing they probably wouldn't get my business. 3 years or so ago? I just got on yelp but never forgot their fantastic service. Will definitely use and recommend for future needs. Great honest businesses are a real find.

A couple of minor hiccups, but not enough to knock off any stars: I paid by credit card, and the amount on the receipt was different from what they charged--about $5.25 more. This was an extra fee for using a credit card that no one told me about. Had I known that, I would've brought cash. There was a sign that said window tinting is cash only but nothing about a credit card fee. They told me they would call me when the car was ready. Since it was about an hour and a half walk from my house to Spot-Les, I called to see if they had any idea when the car would be done. It had been done for fifteen or twenty minutes already. The guy on the phone thought someone else had called me. If I ever get my car detailed again, I will definitely go to them. It was well worth the money.

They took care of all of my concerns with the services. I received the 5% tint all the way around and I had a 7 year ceramic coating put on. The shop did not disclose that damage had been done to the muffler because the insurance would pay for the muffler but not the pipe. But they didn't offer the option to pay for the pipe myself until I drove the "all fixed" car for three days and realized something was wrong with the muffler. Everything went downhill from there, with a whole day wasted when they were supposed to fix the muffler but didn't get the parts to do it. The staff was surly and would not use my correct name. The manager argued with me about my experience when I complained and tried to gaslight me about what happened. Don't go here!
