I decide to give Warren's a try as I stand in line and peruse the menu. Heck, why not just look in the case instead. Lot's of choices but I choose the meatiest looking bite - The English Breakfast Stack Roll (5.99£). I choose the most chocolatey - The Chocolate Croissant (2.10£). I choose the fruitiest - Mango Passion Smoothie (2.99£). That's my English breakfast to start my day before I slay the day in Roma. The cashier was very polite and cute AF Hermione Granger sorta way. I grab a seat...
As I truly enjoy my very hardy breakfast I couldn't help but google "Warren's Bakery" website and it starts of... The Warrens Bakery recipes have been passed down generation after generation, and are still in use today. If you walk into one of our shops 160 years later, you'll still enjoy the fresh smell of Traditional Cornish Pasties baking in the oven. Warren's Bakery, Since 1860." Whoa! Talk about English lineage!
All in all, I enjoyed my breakfast at Warren's Bakery. I paid about 11£ (approx $13.70 usd) total for a hardy bite. Not too shabby being at an airport. Alas! ...I didn't get to meet the baker's daughter! However, I did get a smile from cute AF Hermione Granger! Wingardium Leviosa! Ta! Ta! read more
