There's a…read morecouple of really polite and lovely ladies who work here but sadly this visit I bumped into the rudest person who completely ruined my evening. She rolled her eyes at my order change, tutted at me and threw my card back at me even though I held my hand out to take it from her. I couldn't believe how atrocious her behaviour was. I'll probably be giving this location a miss now and find another place to take refuge from the cold, it's just not worth the bad manners. Hot chocolate and coffee is ok though, really tiny selection of food in the evening (which is expected really).

The cakes they…read moredo are really lush as well they are great because they sell them as individuals or in sets of 4 which is great for grabbing something for the kids for later. This branch has a large queueing area with a selection of sandwiches - which always seem to be out of stock by the time i get there! A small selection of drinks and crisps. The smells of the shop as you walk past is enough to get you in to buy something! Yummy!

The staff are very friendly, everything is kept clean and tidy and they listen to heavy music, what more could I ask for haha. For a little stall, they do have quite a good range of cookies and all taste fantastic.
