He asked me to dig up the spot where it is leaking from, and he would come look at it. I did and called Meder's and talked to Lori who does not have the personality to talk to customers. She said oh he doesn't want to do it because you need permits. I said I don't care if you have to get a permit, it has to be fixed " Do what you have to do".
