After calling 9 other companies about my drain field, I was very discouraged. None of them seemed concerned about my situation, they were only concerned how much money they could make off me. It was more like you need us we don't need you, and they were expensive. I was very discouraged, I closed my eyes, I asked the universe, God, please help me here. Then I called the last company on my list, ACE-Septic out of Hernando City. It was 7:30 at night by this time, on a Friday night, I expected to get an answer machine, Instead I got a very nice young man on the other end of the phone, he identified himself as Dave the owner. I told him about my situation, and he was friendly, and helpful, he showed concern for my problem, he gave me a fair price, 200.00 to 1000.00 below other companies I had called, and here is the Kicker, Dave said don't you worry Ma'am, Ill come out as many times as is needed to pump your septic for FREE while were waiting for the, soil inspections, utility inspections, and permits ! And you know what, he kept his word. He sent a very nice young man named Parker out to my home who pumped my septic 4 times for FREE ! That would have cost and extra 1000.00 with any of the other 9 companies ! All appointments were made through the office with a lovely lady named Sharon, who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful ! Installation day came, Dave and a very nice young man named Pierce came and did the job. Everything went perfect, passed inspection with flying colors, and I'm a very happy camper ! So, bottom line, don't waste your time and MONEY with anyone else !These guys are the BEST, I promise you'll have a great experience like I did and save money too ! I did my homework, and not only was their pricing fair, but the service exceeded my expectations. The quoting team was responsive and on time, permitting was handled quickly, and they made a post-install adjustment promptly and at a very reasonable cost. Nick promised they would cover the expenses for damage done to my property during the drainfield installation. After making that promise, he ignored my calls and texts for 4-5 weeks. When I finally reached the owner through the office phone, the situation got even worse. As soon as I mentioned that Nick had been ignoring me, the owner started yelling at me. He then refused to cover the full expenses his employee had promised. After all of that, he offered to pay only half, but by then I was done dealing with the excuses and unprofessional treatment. This is the first negative review I've ever left for any business, but people should know what kind of experience they may be dealing with here.
