When I called the office, the person that I spoke to, Zoey(?) was very nice, friendly, and helpful. I explained our problem, and that it appeared that we needed to have our septic tank pumped. She said that they'd get someone out right away. I was able to pay by credit card while I was on the phone with her. (The technicians can take cash or check in the field.) About 30 minutes later, Mike called to say that he was at our gate. Mike and Eric did a great job. They were very friendly and helpful, and did a quick and thorough job. The refilled the holes that they had to dig and raked the area where they worked afterward. They explained what they were doing, and checked out all parts of the tank, as well as looking at the drain field. They provided recommendations for adding Bioactive and copper sulfate (since we have a lot of trees near our djainfield). The whole process took about an hour, and was as pleasant has having your septic tank pumped out could be. I will definitely use their services for any septic tank issues in the future. read more

I am a realtor and my buyer was unable to attend the septic inspection. I was there in place of my buyer and Wes and Justin did an amazing job.
