In summery they did not do what I asked them to do, which was snake the line from my septic TAP into the House. Instead they refused to do what I asked and charged me $131 for doing nothing but uncovering the top of the septic tank and leaving it uncovered and unsafe !! The photos attached show how they left my yard, and how the pipe is DRY from no water flow from the house to the septic tank. I have opened a BBB Complaint to which they have still not responded. And you know what, he kept his word. He sent a very nice young man named Parker out to my home who pumped my septic 4 times for FREE ! That would have cost and extra 1000.00 with any of the other 9 companies ! All appointments were made through the office with a lovely lady named Sharon, who couldn't have been nicer or more helpful ! Installation day came, Dave and a very nice young man named Pierce came and did the job. Everything went perfect, passed inspection with flying colors, and I'm a very happy camper ! Michele scheduled my appointment for the next business day at 8:30am and provided valuable information to me. Jesse called me that Thursday morning at 7:08am to inform me that he was on his way. When I finally reached the owner through the office phone, the situation got even worse. As soon as I mentioned that Nick had been ignoring me, the owner started yelling at me. He then refused to cover the full expenses his employee had promised. After all of that, he offered to pay only half, but by then I was done dealing with the excuses and unprofessional treatment.
