Warner treated my Queen Palm for low manganese & instructed me how to stop the Ash Boring Flies on my Citrus! What a great Teacher Warner Working truly is! Best money I have spent! read more

Went to four or five nurseries and garden centers as some of our shrubs and trees were dying. Heard four or five different pieces of advice and knew they all had no idea what they were talking about or were trying to sell me something. Not the case with Warner. You will know right away he knows what he is talking about, and he cares more about what he does than charging a lot of money (the one two star review is ridiculous buy the way - replacing your trees is far more expensive duh). His fees are extremely reasonable and he will provide DIY advice as well. Also, very interesting guy. Prompt and friendly. Glad to have found him. read more

Buyer beware ! He charged me $520.00 & was Knocking on my door for payment before I could make out the check. You think when people get older that you can trust them, I have never felt more ripped off in my life. I told him he should be ashamed & he said he's not ,He said when he was younger he did a job for a lady & she was a millionaire & he was working & risking his life for gas money. Go to Home Depot & get Bio Advanced Tree & Shrub treatment ,follow directions for killing bugs & beetles on Palo Verde trees. This is the first review I think I have ever written ,I just don't want anybody else to get taken. I believe this is saddest old man I ever met. read more

I'm not quite sure how to review Warner's Tree Surgery. We called Warner's to evaluate problems with two palo verde trees and six young citrus trees. To our surprise, Warner came to our home the same day, which was great! He seems very, very knowledgeable and we were most appreciative of his advice and the treatment that he did on our trees. We will follow through with his instructions, and time will tell whether our trees will improve. Here's why I'm reviewing with 3 stars rather than 5. Ours is one of the more modest homes in a very nice neighborhood. People drive into our neighborhood and assume that everyone here is rich. We aren't. We struggle to pay our bills just like most folks. But we find that people coming to do work at the house take one look at the neighborhood and immediately raise their price ... significantly! We've had this happen over & over. Today, Warner spent less than 45 minutes at our house and the charge was $800, dropped to $700 when the $100 consultation fee was credited to the work. We understand, of course, that when you call a specialist you are paying for the accumulated experience & knowledge ... not just the time. And we recognize that sometimes the materials or products that need to be used in treatment can be expensive. But $700 for less than 45 minutes seems like a lot! If you consult this tree service, be aware that you may be getting very good expert advice, and many people are willing to pay a high price for such advice. Be aware, the price will be high. read more

Found Warner's after much searching online for help with our orange tree which had suddenly dropped most of its leaves. Advice we'd gotten from others: too much, not enough water, needs fertilizer + iron, etc. Warner (owner & tree doc) came out within a few days of our call and promptly determined the various infestations going on in all three mature citrus trees in our yard -- lemon, grapefruit and orange. He explained the problem and explained the solution, injected nutrients into the trunks and recommended an organic solution to be used for several weeks, every few weeks. He appeased our concerns about losing the tree and said with proper care and watering they'd be thriving by the end of the year. Panic came after realizing that my husband and I had heard different things regarding the amount and frequency of the spraying we had to do. Back at the office is Warner's wife, who kindly explained the treatment and they both offered to contact them should we have questions or concerns at any time. It's less than two weeks since Warner was here and the orange tree is springing back -- new growth everywhere. Local butterflies approve. :) read more

Have lived here for 5 years and have been trying to save our queen palms & our last remaining ficus tree. Now we have citrus trees that are only 2 years old and they are having problems too. We've had several people come and give their opinion of what they felt the solution may be and have paid for a lot of treatments that helped but didn't really solution anything. Warner was the first one to realize that the underlying cause of the issues we keep spending money treating...we have bugs (aphids and some other things) and they keep reinfecting our plants. So along with a better treatment for the queens, he also let us know what products to use to stop the insects (even the ones attacking our citrus trees that is organic) so now we have hope that they will survive. If you have any tree questions, you need to call Warner. He's extremely knowledgeable, straight forward, and reasonably priced. Wish we had found him years ago!! read more

I found Warner's after searching online for boring insect issues and found tons of videos from this company online, which helped me determine what was killing the new trees we bought from Moon Valley. Looks like they sold us infested trees which caused much heartbreak as they are past the warranty period and moon valley would not return calls. Our trees were treated by Warner's and already are springing back to life. Thank goodness for this company who helped us or we would be out thousands of dollars because of an unscrupulous business. I will continue to contact Warner's for any questions or concerns. They've been doing this for a long time and know what they are doing. With so many bad businesses and contractors out here it's good to find someone you can trust. Thank you! read more

Thank Goodness for Warner. Last week our (now old) usual arborist came to do the yearly pruning and thinning on two large palo verde trees. The man we usually deal with was replaced by a woman who took a look at the trees and told us that they had too many "termites" and handed us an estimate of $3,000 to remove the trees. That didn't sit right. I love those trees, and termites don't usually invade living wood. And $3,000 is a lot of money. So I called Warner after finding his web page. He came out within a few days, looked at the trees, concurred that there were no termites but that there were some boring insects. He injected the trees with some special insecticide and says they'll be just fine. read more

Wow! How wonderful to have someone give you the straight truth and no BS! Warner came right over and looked at my sickly queen palms. He took immediate action with maganese injections and gave he handouts with all that I could do on my own. He possesses a wealth of knowledge. I had to take notes he gave me so much information! He even walked over and looked at my citrus trees and told me they were bug infested so that's why they weren't bearing fruit. Again he told me how to fix the problem. He is coming back in 3 months for another round of maganese injections on the queen palms then he said I won't be needing his services! Isn't is great to not be used by service providers!! Thank you Warner! It was a pleasure meeting you. You and your wife Pat, who takes the calls, are a gem! read more

Almost gone are the days when you can find an honest simple service business without the frills. Pat and Warner are as good as it gets. I put out several queries for information and Pat called me right back on Monday morning. Warner was on time and got right to business. He knows trees and just with his demeanor and thoughtful discussion on what was going on, he's earned my business. Thanks Pat and Warner. Looking forward to working with you on getting my Mimosa (orange) and Margarita (lime) trees back! read more

I have been with Warners for many years now and until I found them, my queen palms have struggled to be healthy. Warner uses a direct injection manganese solution into the trunks of my queens and they have never looked better. Previous companies shot fertilizer into the ground which didn't work as well. I highly recommend Warners for all your tree needs. Prompt ,knowledgable and affordable read more
