To make matters worse, they offered me a pathetic lowball trade-in value for a car I had purchased from them less than six months ago -- a car I've since spent over $3,000 on to fix the horrible paint job their own detailers botched in the first place. This dealership epitomizes everything people hate about the car-buying experience: dishonesty, high pressure, and zero accountability.
