Right off the bat Chris was super helpful with explaining how the whole collecting process works and TCG's... both Pokemon and One Piece. The Staff there are all awesome Chris, Jose and D have all been super helpful. They always try to make time for us and answer all our questions. They're super knowledgeable about the product and seemed very glad to share that knowledge with newbies. I also learned that if they don't have something in their cases, just ask them not everything might be out at the time you're looking. But the thing I like very best about this shop compared to all the other shops I've been checking out lately. They have the very best prices and it's not even close. These guys just seem like they want to take care of people and are super focused on customer service. They don't gouge people they're not all fancy or in for show. They're just good honest guys with good honest prices!

I appreciate the honesty. Will be coming back whenever we are in the neighborhood or whenever my son feels like going. Thanks guys. Mostly pokemon cards, limited on sports cards that my husband usually collects. They are well stocked when we came on all their pokemon packs. Not really sure what else they have, didn't see any comics from what I remember. Parking kind of sucks, so we were glad we came early. Catch u guys there.

It's SO hard to know which line is open, there's so much waiting because they ring everything up by hand and enter in codes, and while the staff is super helpful and kind, it seems like the setup is sabotaging sales. I've seen people put stuff down and leave without buying, and I almost did that but really needed the item. Please get more cashiers or update your system to something more modern to move the line faster. Bright side, super fun to just walk thru and get your steps in on a hot summer day.

But they carry stuff for almost every craft that you could think of. They also have a wide variety of markers and paints. If you are a sewer they have a big section for everything that you would need. They also have a great seasonal section for your special holidays. In general the prices here are decent and average compared to other craft stores. They don't offer coupons anymore. Which is a little disappointing but they do have good sales going on. The service from the employees was great. Very welcoming and willing to help with whatever you may need. I definitely will be back to this location.

A guy came after me and he was able to get his one card graded and paid for. I asked if he would be able to help me with my two cards AFTER the guy that had come after me and he said no that he was working on another order. I asked about how long he thought it would take and he said "the more questions you ask me the longer it's going to take me to finish this." He was so rude and unprofessional. It's disappointing because I interacted with the owner last week and he was nice, but these employees are a reflection of the business. What a bad experience.

The Bathrooms also were out of order so that was a little disappointing. The Store Associates were really nice and helpful in moving along the line and assisting with the Self-Checkout Computers though, and Lexi helped us find our online order with a positive and pleasant attitude which we appreciated!
