The location is a little difficult to find because it is tucked away behind other warehouses, but once you find it, it is worth it. The customer service is amazing! Once you enter, you are immediately greeting by the staff and even offered water. The sales person was very knowledgeable of the products they carry and was not pushy at all. I appreciated it! The sales person explained that the Speed Queens comes with a 5 year warranty and it was worth the investment in the product. Checkout also went very smoothly. I was able to get a good deal on the lumped services because I purchased the installation parts, installation service, and haul away services. This business is part of the Best Buy family so I was able to use a Best Buy coupon and apply it to my overall purchase to save even more money. The unit arrived two days later. It was properly installed and worked as intended. Overall, I had a great experience here. I'd definitely come back here again for all my appliance needs.

I stood there for a minute and tried to scan. Soon there were several people behind me. Soon those people behind me were getting anxious. Finally a Costco member said there was another line open over a few feet away. I left the self checkout lane and walked over to the regular checkout lane. By the time I got there, there were several people ahead of me. I had to wait another 10 minutes. Finally a cashier rang up my order, being efficient and certainly not friendly. And then I put in my credit card. It was rejected again and again and again. I thought the card was bad. I started calling my credit card company. And, Not only did I get the aggravation of the people behind me, but the Costco cashier stopped me and in a rude voice, read me the riot act about how I needed to have a Costco credit card. Lastly, on my way out, I saw employees checking off all sorts of people's receipts. I started making my way out, bypassing the receipt checking. I was then rudely and physically pulled aside, threatened, and lectured on how that they have every right to check my receipt. To complete this review, I want to talk about selection and value. The selection doesn't matter so much to me--Costco usually has very little selection. It is the value which is the primary reason most people go to Costco. But to me it barely matters. When sales people and cashiers are downright rude to a customer, that makes the customer, especially me, shop at other places. These days my wife still insists on shopping at Costco. But I avoid Costco, even with their little free food taste testing stations and lower prices, it's just not worth my aggravation. One last complaint: I never buy food from the food court. I'm a vegetarian, and the only food I ever bought was their awful pizza. Never again. 0 out of 5 carrots.

And I was so surprised when I saw the newest one...its shaped like a guitar! I had mentioned that I would love a guitar shaped board to give to my husband as a birthday gift. And they actually made one! They have a website, but its better to see the boards in person. They're always at the Saturday Farmers market in San Diego's Little Italy. I have several of the cutting boards, which I use for cutting and for "kitchen art". I can't wait to see what they have next time I visit them.

They gave us the wrong product.. which was also a damaged and USED product with missing parts. We call and ask them to fix this error. They tell us we need to come in to do an exchange because it was an in store purchase. FOR A MISTAKE THEY MADE. We also paid delivery fees for a big appliance order we placed. Brenda, the customer service rep tries to help. But what's the point when the managers are trash? They make things impossible for their workers and the customers. The in-house/office manager and their sales rep's (Allen) customer service... BEYOND horrible. Aggressive and rude to say the least and professionalism is at negative 5 stars. They also need better communication within their company. Sales rep and manager provided different information to us. Once production is up to speed and we're not facing scarcity or delays in appliances from overseas or due to issues with the port, I'm sure this place will go out of business due to their "policies" and due to poor management. We have multiple locations and were looking forward to purchasing appliances from this place for future locations in progress but no. They lost a huge client and am sure they will continue to lose more.
