Super cheap Kirkland brand water (40 bottles for under $4) and their Celsius energy drink dupes. Good stuff. Now I have another location and only use it when we run out of product. I had to visit today just to pick up a few cases of product. The cashier appeared to be new and was super unfriendly. I can see why as her supervisor was equally unfriendly and rude. Obviously learned behavior. The cashier and supervisor let an employee jump the line ahead of me to buy something and kept me waiting several minutes why they tried to figure out some sort of discount for him on the computer. My few cases were eventually checked out and I went to pay, but my card did not go through first time. I was left waiting as the cashier suddenly disappeared. The supervisor eventually reappeared and asked me indignantly if I wanted to try my card again. Strange question. This time it went through and the receipt came out of the receipt, printer. Again, no sign of supervisor or cashier. After another frustrating wait, I went over to the cashier's printer , removed my own receipt and just walked out showing it to the neighboring cashier so she could see I had paid. She just looked at me dumbstruck. It's a shame because I could steer several thousand dollars worth of purchases towards Restaurant Depot, but this is exactly the reason why I do not. I am reminded why many Restaurant owners like myself. use the professionals such as US Foods and Sysco.
