Please read this review before you decide to work with this company. Their stuff may be cheaper but their lack of professionalism and service is unheard of and i honestly don't see them being able to survive in the world of sales and service. They gave us the wrong product.. which was also a damaged and USED product with missing parts. We call and ask them to fix this error. They tell us we need to come in to do an exchange because it was an in store purchase. FOR A MISTAKE THEY MADE. We also paid delivery fees for a big appliance order we placed. Brenda, the customer service rep tries to help. But what's the point when the managers are trash? They make things impossible for their workers and the customers. The in-house/office manager and their sales rep's (Allen) customer service... BEYOND horrible. Aggressive and rude to say the least and professionalism is at negative 5 stars. They also need better communication within their company. Sales rep and manager provided different information to us. Once production is up to speed and we're not facing scarcity or delays in appliances from overseas or due to issues with the port, I'm sure this place will go out of business due to their "policies" and due to poor management. We have multiple locations and were looking forward to purchasing appliances from this place for future locations in progress but no. They lost a huge client and am sure they will continue to lose more. read more

I bought a 36" charbroiler grill for my business 2 years ago and it still cooking the meat to perfection,also bought 2 stainless steel working tables and it still holding well and looking like new. you really can't beat the price for the product this place sells also please don't compare it to high end equipments when your paying 70% the cost. very pleased over all for the price I paid and quality I received. thank you. read more

First time buying new equipment for a new business. After shopping around getting expesive quotes rude sales men from other locations I finally came accross Fridgcon. The quality of their products and the knowleadgeable sales man so far seem the best decision I have made in this new experience of opening a restaurant. Great customer service and what's best is that they have the best prices around. Their equipment is top of the line.

First, I do not want to give them nor one star. They treat the buyer the worst. The worst salesman I've ever found. After I have agreed on the price of some devices, he wants to hold me accountable for the delivery. Each device is separate and he wants to put all the devices on the street and not inside the restaurant. I advise everyone not to deal with this shop. They treat them very badly. read more

My parents own a Water and Ice business and when we wanted to upgrade our equipment we bought from here. A three door ice freezer and from the start it was a problem they only would deliver off the truck so they left our equipment on the sidewalk. We had to remove the wood framing and move it in on our own and obviously any damage that was caused would not be replaced/ fixed. After we got the equipment safely inside we connected it and everything was working great not even a week later and two wheels broke we contacted them and they said someone would come and fix it. When we asked if the wheel could be changed to a bigger one, something that could hold the weight of the fridge as the ones that were on the fridge now were too small the repairman said we didn't know what we were talking about. This is our second business. It's not our first time owning a fridge like this and we knew the wheels would be a problem but we went with it. A week later another one broke and today they are back to replace three more when we asked to get different size wheels they said the manager ordered the one they are putting on and that this would be the last ones replaced. We were told its because we are putting too much weight on the wheels but we just opened our business and don't even have the ice machine connected. The bags of ice we have in it are factory bought and have never exceeded more than 20 bags that not even half of the fridge. How can we expect to run our business when they say that 20 bags of ice its too much weight? We are not at all pleased with the customer service and not the with the lack of response form the manager who was never available to talk to us according to an employee. read more
