I went to the store on 3/23/26 and the owner happened to be there I introduced myself and had small talk. A Young man at the cashier handed me an envelope and introduced himself as the one I spoke to that day. He apologized and thank me with a genuine smile. Just have them scan the QR code provided by Amazon, obtain my receipt with tracking number, and I'm out the door. I've also used their fax service several times over the years. Some of their additional services include document shredding, passport/ID photos and notary. I've also used this location to send cable receivers back to Spectrum and most recently to turn in my iPhone after upgrading. I had the boxes for the Spectrum cable receivers, but again I didn't need any shipping materials for the iPhone to be sent back to Verizon. The parking lot can be tricky and busy especially with Trader Joe's being right next door.

I mentioned my typical costs and I wasn't provided any more explanation. I went to the post office instead -- and sure enough, it shipped for $22. I don't mind paying a few dollars more to support small business, but a $30+ markup is crazy. It comes across as either dishonest or completely out of touch with actual rates. They further admitted that they add a service fee to every transaction--even for the purchase of a single stamp. While I understand reasonable service fees, charging $69 on top of a $45 transaction is excessive, deceptive, and exploitative. This is not a fair business practice; it is price gouging. I strongly caution anyone considering this location: always ask for the exact service charge in writing before agreeing to mail anything. He didn't seem stressed at all, in fact, he genuinely seemed to enjoy his job, which immediately put me at ease.
