He made sure we were comfortable and happy with what we purchased which we are. Nestor, thank you for your help, and your customer service is beyond my expectations which we greatly appreciated. I do recommend this place.

Aisles are clean and well stocked. Not too hard to navigate and go around. Like the other business centers, lots of items to keep in stock if you work in an office or if you need to replenish supplies for a store or perhaps a restaurant. With this in mind, there's no free samples (at least when we went) and no food court, but no big deal at least for us. Always a good price and deal with Costco Kirkland products. Super cheap Kirkland brand water (40 bottles for under $4) and their Celsius energy drink dupes. Good stuff. Only issue was that any time we checked out we had issues with the membership so took some time and a team member to manual input the ID number and check us out.

Their stuff may be cheaper but…read moretheir lack of professionalism and service is unheard of and i honestly don't see them being able to survive in the world of sales and service. They gave us the wrong product.. which was also a damaged and USED product with missing parts. We call and ask them to fix this error. They tell us we need to come in to do an exchange because it was an in store purchase. FOR A MISTAKE THEY MADE. We also paid delivery fees for a big appliance order we placed. Brenda, the customer service rep tries to help. But what's the point when the managers are trash? They make things impossible for their workers and the customers. The in-house/office manager and their sales rep's (Allen) customer service... BEYOND horrible. Aggressive and rude to say the least and professionalism is at negative 5 stars. They also need better communication within their company. Sales rep and manager provided different information to us. Once production is up to speed and we're not facing scarcity or delays in appliances from overseas or due to issues with the port, I'm sure this place will go out of business due to their "policies" and due to poor management. We have multiple locations and were looking forward to purchasing appliances from this place for future locations in progress but no. They lost a huge client and am sure they will continue to lose more.
