Happiest is a choice. I was passing through Bandon and decided to stop at this large warehouse-style spot that combines clothing, a bit of live music, a small fish market, and a coffee counter. It had an interesting, eclectic vibe, so I figured I'd grab breakfast there. I ordered a coffee and a gluten-free bagel with salmon which was awesome! Three stars for the food! I would've given more, but considering the circumstances. The employee who helped me was noticeably unfriendly from the start and very monotone and detached. I sat at the counter right by the coffee area and watched her interact with other customers. The service stayed consistently flat and impersonal. She even forgot to give one gentleman his coffee and scone and didn't apologize or acknowledge the mistake, which was surprising. I own a business myself, and customer-facing roles are critical. The person at the counter is the first impression people get. If they're not warm or attentive, it really hurts the whole experience. Unfortunately, that was the case here. The concept of the place is cool and has potential, but they need to seriously reevaluate their front-of-house staff and bring in people who actually enjoy engaging with customers. Without friendlier service, they risk losing business in a town that sees plenty of visitors. I probably won't be stopping back on future trips. read more

This is a cute coffee shop located inside a warehouse next to the port of Bandon. We were cold and wanted something warm, so we came over for some coffee. Parking was available outside of this warehouse. There were nice cozy coach we can lounge, and bar stools were available as well. It was warm inside this warehouse. We ordered salted caramel latte. It was decent, and price was reasonable. Service was fast. We will come back for more coffee. read more

This place was a gem of a find. I wish I could've explored downtown Bandon more, but I'm thankful we found this place for a quick breakfast. This restaurant/coffee place was inside a warehouse type building and inside was a few other businesses. It's an order at the counter and sit type restaurant. The staff was decently nice (I'm from the south), food and coffee came out quickly and was quite tasty. I honestly wasn't expecting much, but I really liked the brown gravy. I'm used to white. The coffee I got was tasty too. This place has three stores inside as well as a farmers market and an art display of recycled trash turned to art. It was nice to stroll around and look at everything offered. If I lived here I would definitely be a regular. Love the small town vibes. read more

This is a great coffee shop/ cafe! We were in town visiting family for Thanksgiving weekend and I foolishly didn't bring/ plan anything for breakfast. Warehouse Cafe was the only restaurant open in Old Town. We ended up coming back twice before we left town. The smoked salmon bagel was delicious, we also loved the scones and caramel steamer. My partner and I got our morning lattes and breakfast here on our weekend vacation. I got a matcha latte and it was really good! The only reason I am docking a star is because they charge an extra $1.50 for almond milk, which is ridiculous, and I'm allergic to dairy so I have no choice to get whole milk. Surprised this place doesn't have more attention on Yelp. It's a great cafe in downtown Bandon that offers a robust drinks menu - all tasty - and a delicious food menu. We ordered a flat white and a seasonal latte (I think it was lavender?). Both were great. Complemented them a bagel with smoked salmon. Very good. Service was high quality; cashier was friendly and patient as we checked out the menu. The cafe is in a warehouse that has a couple of things going on. I was kicking around on the Bandon Boardwalk and this place had good reviews on Google maps. When they say warehouse, they mean warehouse! The place is huge and houses a couple other spaces, including the Washed Ashore art gallery space, which is a cool thing to experience on its own (I wrote a separate review about it). The coffee shop itself is a small area of space right when you walk in. Staff were friendly and efficient. I got my usual summer drink, which is an iced hazelnut latte (boring, I know). The coffee was very smooth and not acidic, and proportions of syrup and milk were good. Solid. The coffee was very good, but the blueberry lemon scone I got was even better! It had a light drizzle of lemon icing, which was really the perfect flourish. As a true scone aficionado, this was amazing. I wish I had gotten one more to take home. read more

A BIG croissant cut in half and each half LOADED with bacon, egg, and other goodness. I tried the salty caramel latte and it was also outstanding. Service - nice people and quick service, food and coffee delivered to my table with a smile Ambiance - industrial, in the best sense of that word - clean, gray, warehouse atmosphere, with lots of tables, table tops, and couches. This space is open and comfortable. The bagels and scones are very good. For me the coffee drinks have been inconsistent. Sometimes overflavored, sometimes too hot. The Lobster roll needs a little upgrade. Maybe a warm toasted buttered roll? I went in on cool foggy Sunday morning and would have stayed to enjoy my coffee if they were playing some classy Jazz instead of top 40 boy band music, It was jarring on a Sunday morning.
