Our…read morerelaxed and enjoyable time was completely shattered by the ignorance and rudeness of one of their employees (Arron) and her sidekick I went in there with my two young boys and we filled up the grocery cart. When it was time to check out, Arron and her cohort saw us approaching the check out lanes. As it was my first time there, I was obviously a little confused as to where I was supposed to go as she didn't give me any indication and continued then to ignore us. When I asked, "er which side do you went us on?" she snickered at us and said I am not helping you check out, I am just checking this "computer" All the check out lanes were closed and all there was open was the corner kiosk. However, as I figured this out on my own, another customer with a large cart stacked with items approached the kiosk and it looked like it was going to be a long and drawn out time consuming process. So we patiently waited for about 5 minutes, By then several other customers had begun to form a line behind us. I was distracted by my boys who were now becoming restless and the next thing I know , the rude ignorant lady "Arron" has opened up the cash register next to us and invited all the customers standing behind us to check out! So then we are still in line while everyone else is checking out and leaving the store. We ended up being the very last people out of the store when we were the first to arrive in line! I complained to Aron and told her I thought it was very rude to have completely ignored and dismissed us and then left us there like that and I got back another rude and idignant reply, basically saying "go and pound sand" I was livid. I called the store manager when we returned home to file a complaint about this incredibly rude employee. The maanger apologized and said she hoped we would return. There is zero chance of that until they begin to come into the 21srt century on customer awareness and courtesy, and fire that awful person, Arron. Will find out her last name and post. She is an overweight and very unattractive older woman with a slightly mean and vacant look about her I am not a person to complain.
