THAT SAID - this place being my first stop in Vermont really set the stage for pretty much the total opposite of everything I'm accustomed to (and next several days in the state passed the vibe check too!). It was wonderful to see so many healthy options inclusive of all types of dietary needs, as well as wide variety of locally sourced produce, ingredients, packaged goods, sauces, and more. Flowers/bouquets for sale in various parts of the store is a lovely touch! Had to smile each time I passed them. Everyone was so friendly and seemed brimming with enthusiasm and joy each time one person ran into another. I don't know if everyone *really* knew each other, but they all gave off an energy that they were so happy to cross paths and were all old friends.
