I have wanted eye surgery to correct my vision for quite a while now. As the cost was no longer…read moreholding me back, I decided to book a consultation here. During the consultation, the staff ran a plethora of test on my eyes to get a baseline and determine my eligibility. After, Dr. Nunnery came in and informed me which options I had for vision correction. I was still very much nervous, mostly due to my own fears, so I decided to give it a week or so to think about. I ended calling back and booking the appointment for PRK. I went in about a month later for the surgery. Due to some technical difficulties, the staff ask me to return the next day for the surgery. I went back the next day, and they performed the procedure. The team went above and beyond to ease my nerves. The surgery was only about 20 minutes in total and as I rose from the chair, my vision was almost perfect. The couple days after PRK are miserable as the healing process begins, but I was supplied with plenty of prescriptions, gear, and guidance to ease the process. There also were a few checkups during this period to ensure the process is going smoothly. It's about a month after my surgery and I am so happy with the decision. My vision is great, and the cost of about $6000 was worth every dollar. Dr. Nunnery is a professional in his craft and is a personable individual throughout the entire process. The rest of the staff is just as kind and ensured I had as seamless an experience possible.

We were recommended to come to Warby Parker at Atherton Mill, 2000 South Blvd. First, the staff was very professional and welcoming . and Ms. Licensed Optician Lily H came to us and offered assistance sincerely. She is so awesome, she fixed the damages on the eyeglass frame on the spot after 20 minutes. She is very friendly and we asked to offer a fee and she told us that it was at NO COST to us. My friend got her eyeglasses back joyfully as she could see now as the eyeglasses was fixed just like NO accident happened . I attamepted contacts 5 years prior to this experience and simply thought it wasn't an option for me, but now I love wearing my contacts! He was very encouraging throughout the process so I felt comfortable to practice a couple times before deciding if I wanted to go through with it. Premier Family Eye was warm and inviting and actually made me enjoy a doctors visit! I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. Despite all of this, I never received a usable pair of glasses. Suggesting that I "reach out" again ignores the fact that I already did that multiple times. There's a small waiting area where you can watch TV while you wait except that I've never had to wait in the five years I've been coming here. Dr. Dryer does a fantastic job with remembering details about her patient's lives and makes great conversation. She's very friendly and personable throughout the appointment. Her mom Lana is at the front desk and helps with all the paper work and finding frames. They do a great job and explain the purpose of each test performed. On my first visit with autarchic, they did a thorough eye exam where they explained the purpose of each test. Then they fitted me for contact lenses. I particularly liked how they walked me through putting them in and taking them out multiple times before I left. While i struggled a little at first, their instructions are now second nature and I can insert my contacts quickly on the first try (as long as I dont blink them out first. Since my visit, they helped me order a year supply of contacts over the phone. I left a message and they quickly responded. The shop itself is eclectic and cute with a very boutique feel. You don't ever feel like they are churning customers. The visit was very personalized and relaxed.
