He had his people pull out the three different rugs we were considering in the size stack we liked so we could see them out on a floor. This is NOT an easy process, and I would've really felt a little bad not buying a rug after seeing the labor involved in pulling the rugs out,...but luckily we wanted one of them. He was super nice, knew his business, and gave us a little bit of a deal. These are not the most affordable rugs in the world, but they're also not the most expensive. I have spine issues and a chair that I can lean my head on is so important for my comfort. I have a standard size womb chair that I'm obsessed with and I asked questions about the structure of the medium size on the phone. Nicole lied to me on the phone and told me that the back went all the way up so my head would be supported. I just received the chair and it's comically small. It goes up to my mid back and I'm only 5'1". I spent so much money on this chair I was hoping to have a lifetime. I'm so, so upset.
