He had his people pull out the three different rugs we were considering in the size stack we liked so we could see them out on a floor. This is NOT an easy process, and I would've really felt a little bad not buying a rug after seeing the labor involved in pulling the rugs out,...but luckily we wanted one of them. He was super nice, knew his business, and gave us a little bit of a deal. These are not the most affordable rugs in the world, but they're also not the most expensive.
