I have ordered delivery from Wang's quite a few times now. They are always on time, sometimes early. I have been trying different items from the menu but I just love their vegetable egg rolls! We just recently ordered on Christmas Eve and got a few different apps to share. No complaints from anyone.

Lunch portion of general tso's chicken! Noms!

Wang's Kitchen is a little hole in the wall on the border of Carrick/Brentwood... but MAN, do they have awesome food! I personally have not ventured far past their General Tso's chicken.. the sauce is out of this world good! It's my favorite General Tso's around! They are very generous with their portion sizes as well! I also love their veggie entree too! TONS of veggies and the sauce is awesome! They always provide you with tons of sauce, so asking for extra is not necessary! Their lo main noodles are awesome too! One container and I have dinner, lunch and another dinner.. they PACK the container to capacity! Wang's Kitchen is awesome- although they are not a place that I would recommend eating in at. For me, I have only ordered take out. They do have a space available for eating in, but it's not very large and it's loud in there as well. Take out is the way to go! Overall, AWESOME food and consistently good service too!

We stopped in today in between lunch and dinner, looking for something quick that would satisfy us for dinner as well. We dined in, although it looks like most folks do take out or get it delivered. The dining area was very clean, but the food was served on a thin styrofoam plate. Most annoying was the very pliable plastic fork - it was impossible to pierce the veggies. I got the small chicken with cashews and it tasted fine, but later my mouth felt really puckered from the salt. The food was very reasonably priced, even the bottled water was reasonable, and the service was very quick.

Great chinese food for this area. Always get steamed dumplings, shrimp mei fun, beef curry. The lunch specials are a great value, under 6 bucks. Will say tho food not always consistent some days better than others.

Crab Rangoon (the order comes with more, but I couldn't resist!)

The $15 minimum for delivery is ridiculous! Pick up is not convenient. Guess I'll order elsewhere from now on.

I don't like this place at all, yet my Dad wants to eat nothing else. He loves the Sichuan Chicken and I can tolerate the Tso's.

The drinks were a little underwhelming, the cocktails were okay, but the Chinese liquors were really nice to sip on while eating and had interesting flavors! The food was also quite solid- would recommend the Singapore style noodles which had good flavor and a fairly large portion size as well. Taro dumplings were also a standout, but everything else was fairly good. Overall I don't think it's a must try, but if you want a solid spot for dimsum and Chinese food with a really nice vibe, would recommend!

Nothing bad, but nothing great either…read more We had a reservation for Saturday evening and arrived a little early, but they were still able to seat us right away. We opted to sit outside because the dining room was incredibly loud. Service was good, and our waitress was attentive, especially considering how busy they were. We ordered an appetizer special and a lobster noodle entrée to share between two people. Unfortunately, the food was probably the most disappointing part of the experience. Nothing was necessarily bad, but everything seemed to be lacking flavor. The ginger sauce on the entrée had actual chunks of ginger in it, but somehow didn't taste like the ginger had really infused into the sauce. It just felt flat. The lobster was fried in the shell, which made it difficult to share, and it was also overcooked. Our appetizer actually came out after the entrée and had a similar issue. The chili sauce was fine, but it didn't have much of the heat or depth of flavor we were expecting. Prices seemed pretty average for this type of restaurant in the area, and the service was certainly solid. Ultimately, though, the food just wasn't memorable enough for us to recommend it or make us want to return.

There are so many great restaurants in Oakland to choose from and they're definitely on that list. Everything from the boba to the rice and all in between is delicious. Well, at least what I had was. What I had: Cake foam boba milk---OMBoba...delish (I need to try the Snow mountain boba next) They have so many drink options that it's overwhelming. It seemed to attract a lot of nearby people on their lunch breaks as well as students. I went in late December so it wasn't too busy and I found parking around the corner. I was seated and browsed through the menu. I ended up ordering: - Warm HK milk tea: I found this overly sweet overwhelming the milk tea - Pork with egg: This was under the HK menu with the char siu, crispy duck, and chicken option. What I got was not what I was expecting (char siu and boiled egg). The plate was more egg drop soup with pork and peas. It also had a sweet flavor. - Dim sum for one: Sui mai was decent. Har gao was off. They must have put something meant for the dessert dumpling into it. Coconut didn't have the mochi consistency I was expecting. It was very soft, not at all sticky or chewy. Staff was really nice. I just didn't enjoy my meal, unfortunately.
