So happy we finally had the chance to try this brewery; it's the only one we had not yet tried in Flagstaff. The owner, Dave, was tending bar while his son was brewing up the latest batch of beer. My husband and I homebrew beer, so we absolutely love the smell of beer being made whenever we walk into a brewery. Dave was so friendly and excitedly talked with us about their beer. We ordered a flight & a few extra tasters to try every beer on tap. We were extremely impressed with their beer quality and had several favorites. I personally loved their Hart Prairie Pale Ale, Pan American Stout on Nitro, Sunnyside Golden Ale, and the Lemon Ginger Hard Seltzer. We ended up snagging a mixed 4-pack and a bottle to bring home and share with friends. I love any brewery that lets you buy single cans or build a mixed 4-pack so this was just a nice little bonus to this microbrewery. We'll definitely be leaving the bubble of downtown Flagstaff to come to Wanderlust for all future visits. This is definitely a beer gem!

Having completed the Flagstaff Beer Passport, experiencing breweries' ambiance & their beer, Wanderlust was quite the special place. The smallest brewery on the passport- located further outside downtown Flagstaff, many locals we met at other breweries noted they haven't made it out there- and we filled them in they were missing out- The small brewery had the most friendly staff, who spent a good amount of time discussing beer preferences, styles, and suggestions with us- not just for Wanderlust but AZ beer in general- they allowed for samples before committing to a full pour- We opted for the IPAs- they had a HH $4pour for their Farmhouse Saison & Lager at the time (a rotating HH I was told) They are pet friendly, byof (but have snacks available for purchase) have cornhole boards, dart board, and lots of spacious seating- We sat at a high top in the back seating area-and had the pleasure of chatting with one of the owners about their beer experience in AZ, and met some locals who gave hiking recommendations-the ambiance of this was hometown pride, brewery pride, and community feeling- Each beer (Tropical Borealis & 988) were very unique quality flavor of hazy citra-5 untapped stars- average $7 pint pour If we were closer we'd love being regulars-highly recommend

This is a very simple, cool little brewery. I really like this type of brewery. It is super laid back with many types of beer. The bartender was excellent and friendly. She let us try all the beers until we settled on ones we liked. I came here to try the Hefeweizen, but unfortunately, it wasn't to my liking. It wasn't cloudy and didn't have that creamy taste I prefer. Cool place to hang out though.

Super chill brewery just a couple minutes outside downtown Flagstaff. L.B. is a very personable beertender, and she can help answer any questions about beers available. This brewery specializes in more traditional beer styles like Farmhouse Saisons and Weizens, but they they have a well balanced menu for any style including a hard kombucha and a couple seltzers. There are some non-alcoholic options (sodas and powerade) and $1 snacks (chips and cookies) available as well. Dog friendly so feel free to bring your pups! Cornhole boards (warmer weather) and dart boards for entertainment.

Wonderful brews. Nice people. The brewery is a great location. If you are looking for beers that are unique and are old world in style, this should delight you.

This is definitely one of the top breweries in Flagstaff. This place is more of a traditional brewery, so not too many added extras like food, or games. However, the beer speaks for itself with how amazing it is. There is a wide selection of beers from German, Belgian, stouts, IPAs, and sours. They even have their own line of Hard seltzers for people who aren't into beer but want to join in on the fun. My favorite part is they allow dogs inside the brewery. So rain, snow, or sunshine, your furry friend can tag along too. Add this place to your list of breweries to stop at if you are in flag, or plan to be.

Outstanding brews! Their flagship beer 928 is THE best Belgian Ale I've had in the US, much less AZ. I always stop by whenever I'm in Flagstaff to pick up a couple of 6 packs. Keep brewing outstanding beers

The outdoor beer garden is huge with plenty of seating, heaters for those crisp Flagstaff evenings, and sunshades for warmer days. There's indoor seating too, but the outdoor area is definitely the main attraction. It's also dog friendly, which was nice to see. You order both food and drinks at the counter and they bring everything out to you. We arrived right when they opened and there was already a line forming, so the place is clearly popular. The decor fully leans into Flagstaff's International Dark Sky designation with UFO, alien, and astronaut-themed artwork throughout the venue, which gives it a fun atmosphere. The drink selection was impressive with a huge variety of craft beers on tap plus cocktails, cider, and wine. We tried the Rainy Daze hazy IPA and the Vortices hazy double IPA. Both were smooth, flavorful, and not overly bitter or hoppy, and of course very hazy. Food was more hit or miss. The pretzel board was really good and the beer cheese was awesome. The fish and chips, however, were just okay. The fish tasted like the fryer oil probably needed to be changed, and the portions were smaller than expected with only three thin pieces of fish. The fries at least came out crispy and hot. Service was friendly, although interaction is pretty limited since everything is counter service. The all-gender bathrooms were also clean, which is always appreciated. There's a paid parking lot across the street along with metered street parking nearby. Overall, I'd come back for the atmosphere and the massive beer selection, but I'd probably skip the fried foods.

We lucked out with some gorgeous weather a few weeks back, so dining on the patio was very enjoyable, particularly with the cozy string lights on overhead. It was super packed, but some of the couples ahead of us rejected the tiny bar counter and stools at the end of the smaller patio; since those seats didn't bother us we were seated immediately! I don't remember the name of our waitress, but she was very friendly. She immediately brought us a water carafe and two glasses. She was back in under 5 minutes to take our order and our food came out super fast. We began with the Mixed Greens Salad with Chevre & Pine Nuts. The portion was generous and the salad was absolutely delicious. They let the flavor of the chevre & pine nuts really shine through by adding a very light olive oil based dressing. We then shared our favorite pizza, the Diavola, which was delicious as always. Their pizza crust is some of the best in the western U.S. I love the convenience of enjoying Pizzicletta at Dark Sky, but I think we'll be coming to this location from now on. We loved the ambiance and slightly expanded menu offered here. Plus, grabbing drinks two doors down at Mother Road before/after is an added bonus!
