I think it's a wonderful concept, I think there may be a better bun to use to not let it get so soggy, and I think there are some amazing Thai spices you can get with the protein. My wife got the Greek Tacos and they were ok too, I love the concept but I think instead of corn tortillas I would do some thin naan , I would have more Greek style seasoning and some kind of sauce with some heat with it and you have a winner.
