I love beer. I love local breweries, and especially love the first time I walk into one with no expectations and come out wowed! That's how I felt when my wife and I and our two dogs came up to Wanderlust brewery company. Yes it was hard to find but I did find the door that leads I to a small hallway then into yet another door before you make it into the brewery! First stop was ordering two beers. We had the 928 and the coffee stout on nitro. I really liked the stout. We found a small table and tied our dog leashes onto them until they settled down where I could let one of them roam around and not worry that he would end up in the brew area. I really liked that they are dog friendly and how the whole brewery felt. It's small, but I really felt like I was sitting in someone's garage drinking a craft beer. Great feeling and the people we met there were very friendly to us and our dogs. I will for sure come back here. I hope they even have more beer offerings next time. Maybe a IPA?? Hint hint..lol..I'm going to make this a regular stop for us while I'm in Flagstaff! read more

Was in Flagstaff for the night and wanted a good beer. Which is exactly what I got here. The atmosphere was friendly, and it was busy but not overcrowded. The food is separate, actually a food trailer just outside. It was a Friday, but also rain off and on, so my timing was perfect as I sat outside and enjoyed good beer and live music. Very impressed with this place, having been to many breweries in AZ and elsewhere. Thought it's a bit tricky to spot, the atmosphere is great once you find it and go in. Most importantly, the beer was very good. I was a fan of their stout (on nitro), and particularly their dunkelweizen. Don't see that very often in breweries. Some munchies, along with pleasant service and chatty regulars topped off our experience. We enjoyed it - will return next time thru. read more

This brewery feels very homey and I really like the neighborhood feel. This is the perfect place to come late in the afternoon for a couple of beers and zen out in their chill outdoor seating area. Their beers aren't my favorite but not any any fault of theirs- I just don't prefer bitter beers and most of the beers they brew are on the bitter side. read more

First of all, I'm sure you've had trouble finding this place. Don't worry, if you follow the address, you're there. It's just really difficult to see. If you are arriving from 66 and heading north on Main St, its literally the 2nd brown-colored complex! The beer is fabulous for what I see as a micro-brewery. Forgot to ask how any gallons they make a year but it didn't look like it would be much. The system was very small but it looked as though there is plenty of room for expansion inside their warehouse-which I'm sure won't be too long from now. Expect to see more and more from these guys! The brews they have on tap are all delicious though only to avid craft beer fanatics. Right now, the interior is pretty laidback and you will often find brewery workers' friends and family sitting around inside. Hop in, grab a pint, and be prepared to come back in the future when they do expand-no doubt they will. read more

It was a nice hidden gem. The building looks somewhat deceiving but the inside is pretty big and nice! We got a beer flight to try all of the beers and they were all good. They allow dogs to roam around so that was a plus to see all the pups. The hours are limited but cool to stop by. read more

This is an excellent local brewery offering many creative beers. Some of their best ones include: Chateau Americana and the PanAm Stout. The space is quasi-industrial, like so many craft breweries; it's laid back for sure, but not the most inviting venue. They don't serve food, but the day we visited, there was a very good food truck out front, offering made-to-order comfort food items which were delicious. The truck proprietor was friendly and will deliver your order to you inside the brewery. A number of Wanderlust beers can be found on tap around Northern Arizona, but many of the items in the brewhouse are available only in that location, making it well worth the visit. read more

This place focuses on Belgian style beers, and unfortunately for me, I'm not a big fan off that style. I do know that they rock that style, so if you're a Belgian lover, this place is a must! However, they also make some great IPAs and sours (gose). A downside is that their hours are rather limited and they only have around 5 beers on tap. read more

Super cool brewery with tasty beers. I haven't seen a DunkelWeizen since I studied abroad in Munich, Germany in 2001. The stout tastes like a delicious cup of coffee, and they are dog friendly with a super local feel. It's down the street from Paragon gym, so you can get your workout on and then treat yourself to some tasty libations immediately after. :) read more

This place is awesome. I am from Phoenix and went to 3 different breweries while I was in town. This one had my favorite beer of the ones I tried. I can't stop craving the 928 ale! Best Beer in Arizona come out of this Brewery. They put their hearts and souls into their beer. There is a reason this is a local spot, it's a favorite to the whole city! But this is also the best most loving place for visitors from anywhere. If you enjoy quality beer and want to learn more about beer, this is the place. I recommend grabbing some food, bring it to the tap room, and enjoy a 928 Local. Or whatever else is on tap because they are amazing. This brewery is a "must see " when visiting Flagstaff. Sierra served as our bartender, she was friendly and knowledgeable. She went over and beyond explaining the different flavors and styles of beers they offered, and genuinely took time making sure we settled on what we would like.
