Everything I've gotten from Wander and Graze has been so delicious and beautiful. I had some questions before ordering and the team was lovely to talk to. I highly recommend them!

Lisa was the curator for our cheese making experience. The shop has specialty cheeses that you won't find at your normal grocer, nor Whole Foods. They have imported retail shop such as olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette dressing, and more. Lisa was thoroughly and very knowledgeable. Who knew it would so easy and fun to make cheese! She also created us a charcuterie board for us to sample some of her cheeses. This little shop is so much more! Consider a class here or catering!

I came back to get several cheeses and maybe some sausage. They still provide free samples of every cheese and meats. They have mostly California meat products and a Spanish chorizo. After a sample, they asked if I want 10 slices. I said to slice 20. It was that good. I got 3 cheeses, an Irish vintage cheddar, a French Meunier Roquefort, and a Spanish Montelva Curado along with house made crostini and French toasts. Hopefully this will last a few weeks. One of the employees also gave me advice on how to cook them so they turned out their best. Additionally I came in a few days ago and got a grilled cheese/veggie sandwich. The sandwich was great, came on sourdough, had a good array of veggies, and they made it quickly The sides were a little lacking to my taste but I'm just not a big fan of potato/pasta salad type dishes and got a bag of Lays instead. I definitely recommend stopping in to buy some cheese for home or for a quick lunch/sandwich.

Since the family is Celiac and we're not, we needed a little glutenous snack before the gluten-free holiday. This spot is located in an unassuming shopping center next to a few specialty shops and a Burger King. We went in and there was a line of people waiting to pick up their cheese boards for the next day. We checked out the menu as we waited, watching the beautiful boards come out one after the other and deciding if we should just order a board to take with us. We went with the Bay of Pigs - their Cubano style sandwich with a side of the southwestern pasta salad. After grabbing a table and drooling over more of the gorgeous cheese trays that walked out, they brought our sandwich over to us. While small, it was still generously stuffed with perfectly slow roasted pork, ham, spicy mustard, pickles, cheese and an interesting addition of cabbage that gave it a fun crunch. The southwestern pasta salad was SPICY and studded with small bits of cheese. We inquired about the boards which ranged from $13 - $150, and learned they average about $10/head. Since we needed to get up the hill, we decided to stop by another time to grab one for a future holiday since they offer gluten-free options. Super friendly and quick staff, delicious food, and just a cute atmosphere overall.

We came here for brunch on a Sunday morning, before heading to Coors Field to see an afternoon Rockies game. There are a bunch of different places to check out inside, so everyone can grab exactly what they want and still sit together. Today, I specifically visited Call Your Mother, a Jewish deli, and Izzio Bakery. Atmosphere: Since I went right around the time they opened, the atmosphere was exactly what I needed. It was super laid-back and chill, making it the perfect place to get out of the house for a calm morning. As it gets later into the day and through the weekends, I know it gets very busy, but there is plenty of random seating throughout the hall and even some outdoor spots if you prefer. Parking: Parking is going to be street parking. Make sure you read the signs, but it is usually free. Even when the market is busy, I usually don't have to walk more than a block to get inside. So it is a very convenient location for the RiNo area. Service: The customer service throughout the market is great. At Call Your Mother, the cashier was very sweet, and they even text you when your food is ready. Over at Izzio Bakery, everyone is super kind and helpful while you're looking at their amazing pastry display. Even with a line, you're usually only waiting about 10 to 12 minutes for your items. Food: The food variety here is incredible. I tried the Sun City breakfast bagel sandwich from Call Your Mother and the hot honey was the perfect balance of sweet and spice on a toasted bagel. For a sweet treat, I went to Izzio Bakery for the Dulce de Leche Queen. The pastry case there looks like something out of a movie. The pastry itself was perfectly crisp on the outside with a delicious yellow vanilla cream and cinnamon on the inside. Overall Experience: Overall, I really enjoy coming here and trying new places. It is a fantastic destination for groups or just a solo morning out. Whether you want a savory breakfast bagel sandwich or a beautiful pastry, The Denver Central Market always hits the spot. I'll definitely be back to explore more.
