I generally get an e-mail on Saturday advising of the week's menu. I then go to the Web site and fill my shopping cart with the items I want. There's a small discount for ordering by Sunday night, but orders must be placed by Tuesday and are delivered Wednesday afternoon. Everything is fully cooked, carefully packaged, and kept cool with ice packs. Each item is labeled with a full list of ingredients and warming instructions.
