The noodles were cooked to perfection with the Cheese melted in. The ambiance was lively, with people enjoying their food. It was very busy there, this afternoon. I will Definitely be back.

My wife and I stopped into Steuben's to have a snack (donut holes) and a couple of rounds of cocktails. We used the Dining Out Passbook for BOGO cocktails with purchase of food. Our bartender (who was perfectly friendly and helpful) said he needed his manager to get the free cocktail. To be clear, we had literally no interaction with this woman at any point. So it's not like we did something to piss her off. When she arrived at the POS station - behind the bar about six feet from where we were sitting - she proceeded to complain about the "a-holes" (edited for language) using the Passbook and what a bunch of a-holes those customers were (not knowing we were in earshot). And when the bartender - who knew who we were and that we could hear everything - said in a hushed tone "No, they were nice" she proceeded to tell him that she didn't care and that they're just a-holes. I've never been treated so shoddy in my life in a restaurant for no other reason than using a promotional discount that they voluntarily participated in. It's bad enough to attack your customers for using a discount. But doing it behind the bar where customers can hear you is beyond unacceptable. And doing it when the customers you're talking about are within earshot is the most offensive thing I've ever expereinced at a restaurant. You may go to Steuben's and have a nice meal, but just be aware that behind the bar, they're talking about what an a-hole you are.

This was my chance, and they didn't disappoint. I chose the mild version, which was perfect for me since I'm not someone who enjoys a lot of heat. It still had plenty of flavor and let me appreciate all of the ingredients without being overwhelmed by spice. I also enjoyed one of their fresh-pressed juice drinks, which paired really well with the meal and made everything feel fresh and balanced. The food, atmosphere, and service all came together for a relaxing lunch with a friend. I'll definitely be back to continue exploring the menu. As someone who's been part of the Yelp community for many years, I appreciate restaurants that take pride in both their food and their hospitality. If I ever have a concern, I prefer to speak with the manager while I'm there because I believe every restaurant deserves the opportunity to make things right. On this visit, there was nothing to fix--Olive & Finch delivered on both the food and the hospitality.

They do have a great happy hour and I can highly recommend the corn ribs and cauliflower and seitan wings. We also shared the classic Philly sandwich, and I probably wouldn't order that again as I would have liked to have tasted more vegan cheese and flavor, but it was certainly filling! The interior is really homey and the staff is super nice. I'll definitely be back!

We were enthusiastically greeted by Renee and I loved her energy, friendliness, and helpfulness. They do have a great HH until 6pm (and daily specials), which we took advantage of. We each got a Lavender Aviation cocktail (delish!) plus seitan and cauliflower wings, corn ribs, and a Philly sandwich. We LOVED the homemade ranch that came with the wings. My sister was afraid of the sauces they offered for the wings, so I got it on the side, which may have taken away from the wings themselves. We were partial to the cauliflower wings though. The corn ribs are a must and only $5 for HH! Unfortunately, the Philly fell short to me. It tasted like refried bean to me and was crazy messy and fell apart. It's always been a cute little place inside and they have some picnic tables in the shade outside to enjoy the weather without getting sun.

All the drinks we had were expertly mixed. The dinner charcuterie board was so yummy with great pairings. The fried chicken sandwich was crunchy and moist like fried chicken should be. The crab cakes were the best I've had in the Denver area... they were restaurant made with a good portion of crab and so tasty. The blackened fries were hot and crispy, the seasoning was chefs kiss delicious. We didn't have room to try dessert but definitely will save space next time. Our food was dropped off by someone else and about 10 mins later she stopped and asked if everything was ok. I asked for napkins and again observed her go to other tables, deliver drinks from the bar, drop off menus back to the host counter, back to pick up food and deliver it. By this time I'm headed to get my own napkins and I think we she seen me, she remembered that I asked for napkins minutes ago! I'm not really a "let me speak to your manager" type of person because I don't want anyone to think I want something for free, but I did make sure to let her know how disappointed I was with her service. Then of course came the "OMG, I MEANT NO HARM, I DIDNT WANT TO SMOTHER YOU", but "smothering" the other tables was okay. Yeah, very conflicting!! The only time she was prompt with showing up at the table was when she brought the bill and the receipt. I wanted to order dessert but wasn't looking forward to anymore negligence. Also not to mention, this same person sat us against the window where it's a den for flies! As far as the food, the wings were 10/10!!! My husband said the oysters were very tasty but small. He figured that's why they're $2 on Mondays. The catfish was fried perfectly (asked for it to be fried hard) but both the fish AND the grits could have used some seasoning. It was very bland but having the Old Bay on the table came right on time! It definitely improved the flavor. Once added, it was great! The Oxtail Arancini was tasty as well. Overall, I'd dine again, but I'd leave if I had to be seated in Adelia's section. And yes, we left a small tip because she didn't deserve anything at all. If her tip had to be split with the kitchen then she should have given it all to them. Tips are service based and shouldn't be expected without good service. Hopefully she learns to be attentive to EVERY table, we're paying patrons just like everyone else.

First, wife is a vegetarian and they had no mains other than Mac and cheese for her. She ordered the salad without chicken which was $25. They knocked it down to $22 after I asked why it was the same price without meat, which still seemed like a lot for a salad with no protein. Kids' Mac and cheese was not the same receipe as last time; it was a different noodle and seemed to be needing some salt as it was pretty bland. Unlike our last visit they did not include an ice cream for dessert. My fried chicken and waffles was ok--the breading was a bit soggy though and I much preferred the Nashville hot chicken from my last visit. If I'm being honest this was closer to a 2 star experience, but with how good the last visit was, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt they maybe tonight they were just off. That said--need one vegetarian entree for the menu.
