Two years ago I had my 2019 f150 fully tinted. All windows and the windshield. And they did an amazing job. Phone calls were answered to set my appointment, there was no waiting the day of my appointment, and they did a high quality job for my install. Fast forward to now, i had a windshield replaced and needed my window retinted and it was boarderline a nightmare. It was almost impossible to have someone answer the phone to even set up the appointment . The day of my appointment, I came in at my scheduled time only to wait in the lobby well over 4 hours with other guest, some who had to wait even longer than I did. Only to come back another day for them to also install the Brow i ordered as well. When i got to my truck after the first time there was still scraps from cutting the tint film on my floor boards, and luckily i have all weather mats because the floor was very wet. Also not a bash, but the installer broke my vent mounted cell phone holder and only told me about it after i asked where it was. Fast forward about a week i came back to have my freshly tinted window retinted because the cuts didn't fit the window and there were bubbles that were not going away. The second time the window was tinted was better but i still am not completely satisfied. The hand cut portions still have very sloppy cuts. It was good enough to hold me over until i either sell the vehicle or have to tint the window again.

If in fact he had gotten food poisoning, why not have one of the other 3 staff members call earlier, or work on the car themselves. If he was that busy, why did he finally agree to take the car in? Let me start by saying that I have not used Nostalgia Garage so I can't rate the quality of their…read morework, nor is it likely that I will use them. Their website says "We continually strive to provide high quality work at reasonable rates in a reasonable time frame." I don't know what their definition is of "reasonable rates", but when I asked about having my classic Vette painted they told me their paint jobs start at $10,000 and go up from there. If you're painting a national show-winning car worth over $100K that could grace the cover of a major magazine then maybe that's "reasonable". But when you want a really nice paint job for a driver classic, that is far from reasonable in my book. So I find their website very misleading. Maybe they do high quality work (I won't be finding out), but be prepared to bring a big stack of cash if you're coming here.

I sent my husband in to get them installed. The Guy said it'll be $250 to install them then he told my husband that they wouldn't install them because, he didn't buy them through their store. When I called another store in Georgia, South Carolina, I was told yeah we will install those. So that makes me come to believe that the reason they're not installing the stairs is because my husband went in there and my husband is Mexican. I called them up. They told me that it was policy that if the parts weren't bought through their store, they would not install them. I asked them where I could find this policy online. They couldn't refer me anywhere so that way I could see this policy and read it instead I was told we're not gonna do this with you. It's policy we're not installing them and they hung the phone up mind you I've gone into the store. I've spent over $8000 in this store and parts for my other jeep because we own three of them, I will never again buy anything at the store. I will never recommend them to anybody. I asked who I could make a complaint about this too, and got no response on that also. If you're looking for an honest, skilled, and reasonably priced auto body shop, I can't recommend…read moreAbs Collision Repair highly enough! After getting several estimates to repaint the hood on my 2010 Lexus IS250C due to severe clear coat failure and bubbling, Abdias' quote came in nearly $400 less than the competition. On top of that, he backed his work with a 3-year warranty, while the other shops only offered one year. Once the hood was sanded down to the bare metal, Abdias discovered the bubbling wasn't simply from clear coat failure--it was the result of a poor repair done years earlier. When I purchased the car used from a dealership in 2015, one of the conditions of the sale was that they repair a dent in the hood. Instead of properly repairing it, they had simply covered the damaged area with body filler (Bondo), leaving the dent underneath. Abdias took the time to show me exactly what he had uncovered and explained what would be required to repair it properly. While the additional bodywork wasn't included in the original estimate and did increase the cost, I truly appreciated his honesty and transparency. He gave me the option of doing it the right way instead of simply covering up someone else's poor workmanship--and I'm so glad I chose the proper repair. The finished result is absolutely beautiful. The hood is perfectly smooth, the paint match to the fenders is flawless, and it honestly looks factory new. I also asked if he could rub out, polish, and wax the car while it was there. Once again, he exceeded my expectations by restoring my yellowed headlights to a crystal-clear finish, making them look brand new. It was an unexpected touch that made the entire car look years younger. It's rare these days to find someone who is this honest, meticulous, and committed to quality. Abdias clearly takes pride in his work and made sure I understood every step of the process. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Abs Collision Repair. The quality of the workmanship, fair pricing, excellent communication, and attention to detail were outstanding. I'll definitely be recommending Abdias and Abs Collision Repair to my friends and family, and they'll be my first call if I ever need auto body work again.
