I'm 65 and a good mechanic but theres a lot of stuff about the new HDs I don't know. I called these guys and they saved me a lot of time and money. Yes I spent a little extra but theres nothing worse than not having what you need to finish. When I got my front wheel kit it bolted on great. The wheel is US made and came with a tolerance run out sheet. The bearing tolerances were better than stock. Orderd wheels and tires after entering year make model waited just over a year before they finally came and back wheel didnt fit because the tire was to wide i called and talked to someone who told me i was wrong and it fit other bikes like mine more or less your screwed i paid about 4 grand so i could get it and install and go after the phone call i tried again thinking maybe i was wrong but the tire stuck out past my fender support and beltcover-belt so i got a tire on there now that is just a little bit bigger then the front couldnt put fender support or belt tension guide-cover back on and got like 1/8-1/16 inch clearance on each side maybe 1/4 to the belt i think they look awsome but i had to wait forever then they wouldnt work and they didnt ever care the tire stuck out past the belt there was no way it could work on any bike how could they argue with me and tell me im wrong cuz they screwed me read more

Purchased and paid in full a set of Insulator Dyeline rims over $5000.00 grand in December 2024 with a promise too get them within 100 Days 7 1/2 months later July 2025 is when the rims arrived. They have great customer service i.e. phone courtesy but other than that false promises. I wouldn't recommend this company for anyone.They also promised that someone would have to sign for the rims and they were left on my front porch unattended. Look them up on Better Business Bureau (BBB) and read their reviews they say the same. The customer service was horrible. I ordered a fat front tire from this company in November was told it would take 90 days at the 95-day mark, I had to call them to find out that it was going to allegedly take 60 days after that, 60 days after that date I was told it take another 4-6 weeks. and 6 weeks after that, I still had not received my product. November 19 - April 25th and still no product that was supposed to take 90 days. They were not truthful throughout the entire process, and I lost all trust that I would ever receive my order. After asking for a refund, I received a partial refund, because I had a part that they actually did ship to me, painted. Now I have a $700 fender that cost me $500+ to paint that I cannot use!!!! The reviews say it all - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer service is horrible!!! I was upsold on a rush order, than told that half the order would not show up in more than double the lead time quoted. But then, not refunded on the rush due to a partial order being shipped, even though we need the entire order to complete the install.... Wanaryd then would not return phone calls or emails for a week. After finally getting through, I requested refund, they said OK and hung up on me. Needed replacement front wheel after I wrecked... got a replacement for my original Harley wheel

Absolutely the worst experience ever. I ordered a wheel in December of 2023 and finally got it April 9th. The wheel was a colored wheel that they called Orange and it was Gold. Not even close. I've been fighting with them ever since to get my money back. It's now June 4th and still no luck. I wish I had seen the other reviews prior to ordering from these losers. Bad , bad, bad! Their customer service is not very helpful either, with their standard response being "it will be a few days". BUYER BEWARE!!! After paying $9000.00 for 3 wheels (HD Trike), it took nearly 10 1/2 to receive them. I was told it would take 6 months. I as well as my builder was ignored numerous times when attempting to contact Ryd Wheels. After finally receiving Wheels they were discovered to have numerous flaws and blemishes. After contacting Ryd about the most serious flaw issues they agreed to reproduce the wheel, send it to my builder after which the flawed wheel would be returned. We were told this would take approximately 3-4 weeks. 9 weeks later they claim the wheel is ready but now they want the flawed wheel back before they will send the replacement causing more down time with shipping and installation. I've waited long enough and don't trust they will expedite the return once they receive the flawed wheel. Wish I had done better homework, their reviews are ALL subpar. read more

We purchased a wheel from Wanaryd and this was the worst experience ever. When we received the wheel, wheel had a deep scratch and paint was lifted from the wheel and they advised this wheel was inspected before sending via UPS. They even tried to blame the damaged was from UPS. We had to send wheel back for Wanayrd to repair and it took an additional 2-4 weeks for them to return and I had to call several times to ask when I would receive my wheel. Keep in mind they received their money up front and it took them at least 3-4 months with repairs to return wheel. When I finally received wheel, wheel still had deep scratch and where the paint was lifted they touched that area up. I paid $1800.00 for this wheel and I am not satisfied with this purchase. I have been without my bike all summer 2017. When I am finally able to install wheel and ride bike last weekend the brakes calibers are scrubbing the brake disk. These people asked me the consumer to take the wheel apart myself and repair. Please do not submit an awesome post when you guys are not being treated fairly. They ask for a picture of your bike to help boost their sales until you start riding the wheel and have problems and then it's too late . You can't get your beautiful picture back of your bike. Don't get me wrong the wheel looks awesome but it is a piece of crap when you have to repair something you paid $1800.00 for that you work hard everyday at your own job to be happy. #WiLlNeVeRpRaIsEWaNaRyD!!!!! read more
