On the second day, my friend was called and told by the owner that he had food poisoning and to pick up his car and take it some whare else. If in fact he had gotten food poisoning, why not have one of the other 3 staff members call earlier, or work on the car themselves. If he was that busy, why did he finally agree to take the car in? I don't know what their definition is of "reasonable rates", but when I asked about having my classic Vette painted they told me their paint jobs start at $10,000 and go up from there. If you're painting a national show-winning car worth over $100K that could grace the cover of a major magazine then maybe that's "reasonable". But when you want a really nice paint job for a driver classic, that is far from reasonable in my book. So I find their website very misleading. Maybe they do high quality work (I won't be finding out), but be prepared to bring a big stack of cash if you're coming here.

When I called another store in Georgia, South Carolina, I was told yeah we will install those. So that makes me come to believe that the reason they're not installing the stairs is because my husband went in there and my husband is Mexican. I called them up. They told me that it was policy that if the parts weren't bought through their store, they would not install them. I asked them where I could find this policy online. They couldn't refer me anywhere so that way I could see this policy and read it instead I was told we're not gonna do this with you. It's policy we're not installing them and they hung the phone up mind you I've gone into the store. I've spent over $8000 in this store and parts for my other jeep because we own three of them, I will never again buy anything at the store. I will never recommend them to anybody. I asked who I could make a complaint about this too, and got no response on that also. The person I spoke to on the phone newbie by name because I've done business in there before never again totally disgusted with this location. I can't even have services done in my hometown at this location. Sad I have to drive to another state to get services done if I choose to use total off-road, and more, which I will not.

After getting several estimates to repaint the hood on my 2010 Lexus IS250C due to severe clear coat failure and bubbling, Abdias' quote came in nearly $400 less than the competition. On top of that, he backed his work with a 3-year warranty, while the other shops only offered one year. Once the hood was sanded down to the bare metal, Abdias discovered the bubbling wasn't simply from clear coat failure--it was the result of a poor repair done years earlier. When I purchased the car used from a dealership in 2015, one of the conditions of the sale was that they repair a dent in the hood. Instead of properly repairing it, they had simply covered the damaged area with body filler (Bondo), leaving the dent underneath. Abdias took the time to show me exactly what he had uncovered and explained what would be required to repair it properly. While the additional bodywork wasn't included in the original estimate and did increase the cost, I truly appreciated his honesty and transparency. He gave me the option of doing it the right way instead of simply covering up someone else's poor workmanship--and I'm so glad I chose the proper repair. The finished result is absolutely beautiful. The hood is perfectly smooth, the paint match to the fenders is flawless, and it honestly looks factory new. I also asked if he could rub out, polish, and wax the car while it was there. Once again, he exceeded my expectations by restoring my yellowed headlights to a crystal-clear finish, making them look brand new. It was an unexpected touch that made the entire car look years younger. It's rare these days to find someone who is this honest, meticulous, and committed to quality. Abdias clearly takes pride in his work and made sure I understood every step of the process. I couldn't be happier with my experience at Abs Collision Repair. Yes I spent a little extra but theres nothing worse than not having what you need to finish. When I got my front wheel kit it bolted on great. The wheel is US made and came with a tolerance run out sheet. The bearing tolerances were better than stock. I have an engineering background and I might buy the kids a toy from China but not something that my life depends on.
