When I got there at 3, seven hours after I dropped it off, they had tinted 2 windows, one of which was messed up (pictured). But I had to leave. I emailed their "contact us" email, Daniel. I received that seemed to be a standard "we messed up sorry and that isn't what we strive for" email, offering to take off the tint and refund. I asked if they could just finish the job and fix the messed up window. I heard nothing back. Followed up with another email. Nothing, ghosted. Stay very far away. Been getting vehicles tinted, wrapped or ceramic coated for 20 years in many states. Worse place I've ever used. They won't last long. I expect to get some "we're so sorry" response after the reviews I leave but too little too late. People don't have time to mess around with you.

Before I made my appointment, Rommel was very quick to respond to messages and was very clear with his communications as well. He made me feel like my thoughts and questions were important, even though I hadn't committed to his shop yet. I was able to wait in the shop while they worked and it took about 2 hours to finish. The side and rear windows are now 15% and I'm not sure about the windshield. Their process means I could roll down my windows immediately, and I also still haven't noticed any imperfections in the film anywhere. It looks great and I'm so glad I got this done.
