He came out same day to assess the job, offered fair pricing the same evening and less than a week later the job was done. Efficient, professional, quality work would best define my experience with this company and especially Andrew and his coworker. PD did nice work tinting the front windows of my SUV. They charge $75 per side window for basic 3M…read moretint or $100 for 3M with heat reduction. Options are available from very light tint to dark limo. So far I don't see any air bubbles or imperfections under the tint. Job was completed in about 30 minutes. They said the tint comes with lifetime guarantee against installation defects. They also recently tinted the Mrs' SUV, and while they also did a good job on installing the tint (which looks great), they did fail to properly reinstall an inside door panel by leaving half the clips out, leaving the door panel loose. We had to take it back a couple days later to get this fixed. The owner and employees were all professional and friendly. Note they add 3.5% if you pay with a credit/debt card. Be sure to make an appointment; appears the employees split time between the N. Charleston location and one in Mt. Pleasant. They also do vehicle wraps, and based on the two I saw sitting outside the work quality appears to be good.

Two years ago I had my 2019 f150 fully tinted. All windows and the windshield. And they did an amazing job. Phone calls were answered to set my appointment, there was no waiting the day of my appointment, and they did a high quality job for my install. Fast forward to now, i had a windshield replaced and needed my window retinted and it was boarderline a nightmare. It was almost impossible to have someone answer the phone to even set up the appointment . The day of my appointment, I came in at my scheduled time only to wait in the lobby well over 4 hours with other guest, some who had to wait even longer than I did. Only to come back another day for them to also install the Brow i ordered as well. When i got to my truck after the first time there was still scraps from cutting the tint film on my floor boards, and luckily i have all weather mats because the floor was very wet. Also not a bash, but the installer broke my vent mounted cell phone holder and only told me about it after i asked where it was. Fast forward about a week i came back to have my freshly tinted window retinted because the cuts didn't fit the window and there were bubbles that were not going away. The second time the window was tinted was better but i still am not completely satisfied. The hand cut portions still have very sloppy cuts. It was good enough to hold me over until i either sell the vehicle or have to tint the window again.

When I notified the manager, he would only offer to upsell me to another tint job for another $200.+ No thanks! Instead, I went to SunStoppers on Long Point Rd and got the job done right with a better product at less cost.

Robert is a scam. He offers lifetime warranty but proceeds to blame customers for issues with the…read moretint and tries to charge additional fees to get it repaired. I literally had it peeling off the window. He did come back to fix it once because there were all kinds of bubbles and particles under it after the first installation, which I will applaud, but he doesn't really stand by his work. After two applications its still peeling and that's terrible. His lack of quality and deceptive lifetime warranty mean steer clear. Get it done somewhere professionally with actual customer service. After each application, I waited 8-10 days to roll down the windows to be safe as is protocol and this still happens after only a few months of installation. Didn't even last a year. Very unsatisfied customer.
