I asked if they could just finish the job and fix the messed up window. I heard nothing back. Followed up with another email. Nothing, ghosted. Stay very far away. Been getting vehicles tinted, wrapped or ceramic coated for 20 years in many states. Worse place I've ever used. They won't last long.
