Options are available from very light tint to dark limo. So far I don't see any air bubbles or imperfections under the tint. Job was completed in about 30 minutes. They said the tint comes with lifetime guarantee against installation defects. They also recently tinted the Mrs' SUV, and while they also did a good job on installing the tint (which looks great), they did fail to properly reinstall an inside door panel by leaving half the clips out, leaving the door panel loose. We had to take it back a couple days later to get this fixed. The owner and employees were all professional and friendly. Note they add 3.5% if you pay with a credit/debt card. Be sure to make an appointment; appears the employees split time between the N. Charleston location and one in Mt. Pleasant. They also do vehicle wraps, and based on the two I saw sitting outside the work quality appears to be good.

I showed up, was greeted by the owner (who is super friendly and welcoming!), and had my minivan tinted in about an hour. Honestly, the entire staff is amazing! I met with the installers to go over care instructions and they were very friendly and easy to talk to. You can tell they all really care about their customers! Oh and while I waited, the lounge was actually clean and comfortable (which is rare ). They've got snacks and drinks, comfy chairs, and a nice little fireplace/TV set up. When I got there at 3, seven hours after I dropped it off, they had tinted 2 windows, one of which was messed up (pictured). But I had to leave. I emailed their "contact us" email, Daniel. I received that seemed to be a standard "we messed up sorry and that isn't what we strive for" email, offering to take off the tint and refund. I asked if they could just finish the job and fix the messed up window. I heard nothing back. Followed up with another email. Nothing, ghosted. Stay very far away. Been getting vehicles tinted, wrapped or ceramic coated for 20 years in many states. Worse place I've ever used. They won't last long. I expect to get some "we're so sorry" response after the reviews I leave but too little too late. People don't have time to mess around with you.
