When I picked up my car I couldn't believe it! It looks PERFECT and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Al is the Michelangelo of Auto Repair and Mollie is his Leonardo de Vinci . Al and Mollie were *AMAZING* and helped me through every step of the way. Including working with my insurance company and Toyota directly. For example, my insurance company wouldn't send an in-person adjuster, and would only estimate using pictures we uploaded to the app. Al worked directly with them to adjust and update the estimate - which took multiple tries. Mollie also texted me updates with pictures throughout the whole process - which was so nice and comforting. They never made me feel bad or embarrassed for causing the damage that I did. My car was essentially brand new when we dinged it so badly it was rendered undrivable. I was so upset and didn't even know where to start. Al and Mollie were truly SO kind and professional. If you don't go here then you are nuts!
