Two years ago I had my 2019 f150 fully tinted. All windows and the windshield. And they did an amazing job. Phone calls were answered to set my appointment, there was no waiting the day of my appointment, and they did a high quality job for my install. Fast forward to now, i had a windshield replaced and needed my window retinted and it was boarderline a nightmare. It was almost impossible to have someone answer the phone to even set up the appointment . The day of my appointment, I came in at my scheduled time only to wait in the lobby well over 4 hours with other guest, some who had to wait even longer than I did. Only to come back another day for them to also install the Brow i ordered as well. When i got to my truck after the first time there was still scraps from cutting the tint film on my floor boards, and luckily i have all weather mats because the floor was very wet. Also not a bash, but the installer broke my vent mounted cell phone holder and only told me about it after i asked where it was. Fast forward about a week i came back to have my freshly tinted window retinted because the cuts didn't fit the window and there were bubbles that were not going away. The second time the window was tinted was better but i still am not completely satisfied. The hand cut portions still have very sloppy cuts. It was good enough to hold me over until i either sell the vehicle or have to tint the window again.

If you're painting a national show-winning car worth over $100K that could grace the cover of a major magazine then maybe that's "reasonable". But when you want a really nice paint job for a driver classic, that is far from reasonable in my book. So I find their website very misleading. Maybe they do high quality work (I won't be finding out), but be prepared to bring a big stack of cash if you're coming here.

They told me that it was policy that if the parts weren't bought through their store, they would not install them. I asked them where I could find this policy online. They couldn't refer me anywhere so that way I could see this policy and read it instead I was told we're not gonna do this with you. It's policy we're not installing them and they hung the phone up mind you I've gone into the store. I've spent over $8000 in this store and parts for my other jeep because we own three of them, I will never again buy anything at the store. I will never recommend them to anybody. I asked who I could make a complaint about this too, and got no response on that also. The person I spoke to on the phone newbie by name because I've done business in there before never again totally disgusted with this location. After getting several estimates to repaint the hood on my 2010 Lexus IS250C due to severe clear coat failure and bubbling, Abdias' quote came in nearly $400 less than the competition. On top of that, he backed his work with a 3-year warranty, while the other shops only offered one year. Once the hood was sanded down to the bare metal, Abdias discovered the bubbling wasn't simply from clear coat failure--it was the result of a poor repair done years earlier. When I purchased the car used from a dealership in 2015, one of the conditions of the sale was that they repair a dent in the hood. Instead of properly repairing it, they had simply covered the damaged area with body filler (Bondo), leaving the dent underneath. Abdias took the time to show me exactly what he had uncovered and explained what would be required to repair it properly. While the additional bodywork wasn't included in the original estimate and did increase the cost, I truly appreciated his honesty and transparency. He gave me the option of doing it the right way instead of simply covering up someone else's poor workmanship--and I'm so glad I chose the proper repair. The finished result is absolutely beautiful. The hood is perfectly smooth, the paint match to the fenders is flawless, and it honestly looks factory new. I also asked if he could rub out, polish, and wax the car while it was there. The wheel is US made and came with a tolerance run out sheet. The bearing tolerances were better than stock. Turns out that they could've easily figured out that all I needed was a Vapor Canister Purge Solenoid . So after two visits to the shop, not only did they not diagnose it, but it causes me to fail my inspection so then I had to purchase a reader and then fixed it myself! and they said that my warning lights for my headlights and my tail lights were short! So I bought headlights myself and put them in and the tail light was an easy fix, but they couldn't figure this out either! This shop is a farce. Don't trust them whatsoever the owners arguing with me over their failure to actually do a good job for their customers! This car runs great and I take care of it and have every maintenance done that I can as it's driven all across the country for over 107,000 miles so for you to question my upkeep of it is offensive!!!
