I have heard more excuses than I can count. Employee turnover, mechanics shop, parts not arriving, wrong parts arriving, car is back from mechanic, just body work needs to be completed, car is NOT out of the mechanics shop. The delay is costing me a small fortune in car rental. Save yourself a VERY LARGE HEADACHE AND DO NOT USE CALIBER COLLISION, AT LEAST NOT THIS LOCATION! **Update**- Just received a TEXT from Caliber, they didn't even have the courtesy to call, now estimated date of completion is 2/28/24, almost 4 MONTHS!!!!
