Not their fault. So about 50 miles into picking up the car the check engine came on and read a few codes. This was because of the bolt on parts and stock ECU did not mesh. Engine timing was off. It needed another tune. So I had to spend an extra $1100 of parts and tune to get it to run correctly. Again not their fault, they might of had no idea. They are not a tuning shop. I had got a good deal from them for about 2.5k under market value. And only with 15k miles. I dealt with Mike and it was pretty easy. 1 visit and 3 phone calls later, I picked up the car. They even over-night'd my title to my town clerk to register my car after a miscommunication between Mike and I. Only downside that I've experienced with these guys is that they had told me that they had done a fresh oil change and had the next oil change at another 7k miles. I did the oil change myself once I got it home, it was a quart low and very dirty. They clearly had not done an oil change and just slapped a 'next service due in:' stick on the windshield. All in all pretty easy experience. 3 stars just for lying about an oil change. Cmon now. UPDATE: 1/19/2020 It's been 4 months since owning the car. Every week day since I bought this car I have gotten anywhere between 2-5 cold calls from 3rd party extended warranty companies regarding my Subaru that I purchased from these guys. They will sell you information and the calls will never end.

by far the worst dealership to ever exist!! they screwed around with my dads paperwork years ago…read morewhen it went in for service, by redoing the paperwork he had in the glove compartment, extending his loan and adding all types of extras, I gave them another shot, they sold me a vehicle already with issues, car went in for service already with a headache and aggravation, just to go back in for the same thing a couple months later, they told me to drop it off that they would get it done faster, they' very had the car for two weeks can't seem to figure out the part that they need. but keep telling me that the parts coming in and the ones they get in are defective yet promised me a loaner for any service that I needed in the future and both times the car has never have a loaner give me and tell me to go through my insurance.PLEASEEEEEEE STAY AWAY FROM THEM! They are a bunch of clowns after your money and then you're stuck with the headache they already had on the lot!! and when you called to complain about it, they laugh in your face and tell you be glad that they gave you the vehicle to begin with. they are a bunch of SCAMMERS!! Starting with the owner and his back end licking puppies in Taunton!

Experience was OK at best. If you want a kiss-ass experience and be wined and dined, you need to go elsewhere. Nothing bad happened, but nothing that blew my skirt up either. It wasn't a fun experience. It was more stressful than it should have been. More stressful than the last few cars I have purchased. Very minimalist dealership. The wobbly round tables (no desks or offices for the salesmen apparently) did not give a great first impression. Sad to say, a lot of old school traditions still exist. I kinda felt like I was in a time machine going back to 1989. If you are around 50 or older, you will know what I mean. We shook on a price, providing the wife liked the truck. Contract comes out. It is $574 more than our agreed upon price. They added Doc fee $375 and Paint/fabric protection $199. I said I wasn't paying those charges. Sales manager came over and asked if truck was reduced by the $574, would I buy it. I said yes. Shook on that. Deal done (or so I thought)!! My wife couldn't be there to look at the truck with me the first night. I went alone to take a look. I liked it, I asked to take the truck home to show her, as she has limited mobility, they declined, unless I left a deposit. Mind you, have had countless dealers over the years let me take home much more expensive, brand new cars, with no more than a photocopy of my license. We went down 2 days later, together, to look at it, and buy it, if she liked it enough. I requested the ugly ass plastic chrome wheel covers be removed before I arrived, so I could inspect the factory Aluminum rims. The covers were not removed when I arrived. I asked the salesman why. He mentioned the lug nuts need to be removed and it was a lot of effort. Now if lug nuts are a problem with their service dept, then there is a bigger problem!! I said I would return once they were removed, and he should call me when it was done. Reluctantly, he got them removed while I was there. Still kinda wondering why there was any issue with that simple request. Once the covers were removed, the wheels looked acceptable. Not great, but good enough. OK got wife's approval. I agreed to dealer financing, even though they were 2 points higher than my bank, but that's OK, I am going to refinance it. Looked closer at the finance paperwork. They added $65 just to open an account with the bank! I said I wasn't paying that either. He resisted. I said fine, we said we would be back after we go to our bank to get financing, as I am not paying any bank to open an account! They wrote me an IOU for the $65 because I complained. (Took about 4 weeks, and 3 phone calls, several emails, but the $65 refund did show up). So I got that additional fee waived. They did contact my insurance and registry and did all the registry stuff. Then again most dealers do that. Nutshell: Very minimalist dealership. Negative old-school traditions still persist, unfortunately. They stood by their word for the most part. If you are an educated consumer, know your numbers, and stand your ground, you should be fine. I never got the impression I was being 'screwed'. They were fair. No one went above and beyond, that is for sure! No real complaints. Everyone was nice enough. Average experience. Not the most pleasant car buying experience I have had, certainly not the worst! Average at best. == Online chat - significant fail. It is an offsite service. They are not in the building and are not employed by the dealership. This service is worse than useless. It is infuriating. EVERY answer they give is to call the dealership! Why have it. they can answer NOTHING! === Went back for 3 service visits in the last year: 1) Truck was missing a horn upon purchase! Dealer installed a new horn for free. Would not pass inspection without it. 2) Needed a starting battery. They had a reasonable price, coupon for free installation. Was done quickly at a reasonable price 3) Just had an oil change a week ago. No drama. Made the appointment online, they called to confirm. Arrived early, they took the car early. Completed the work drama free. Since it was my first LOF, they did it for free as well. I only went there because the LOF was free, at about $50, was a bit more that I am willing to spend on that type of easy service that I can DIY. Without a service coupon for an oil change, I won't be back. In a year, my option has stayed about the same. They are a run of the mill dealership. Old school (shady, but not illegal or misleading. To be fair, they did disclose everything) sales practices. The 2 very minor services I had went off without a hitch. Relatively high oil change price will prevent me from going back for routine service, however. No experience with other, more complicated/expensive repairs.

Bought a car advertised with 7290 miles, it arrived with about 9,079 miles. 2. Didn't agree to financing terms, and paperwork arrived in front door. 3. Car was shipped to me from Raynham, MA to Miami, FL without finalized paperwork being done or any temp or permit tag. I couldn't drive it for about 2 months, but was already paying for the financing + insurance. 4. Delivered car to wrong address. 5. Sales manager Robert Sanford tried covering up for his salesman Robert Childs. Best in our staff, unlike him to ship a car without finishing the contract. Never received one I'm sorry from him on my salesman. Helped me get to the end, but wow that took another month plus with him. He did not give me much attention. 4. Robert Childs salesman, once i called him to express my concern on everything that transpired that didn't go much anywhere. Actually told me he didn't want to deal with me his job was completed. Of course what would you expect if your sales manager displays the same characteristics and covers up for you. Not one I'm sorry, not one. You would think he would say, I'm sorry, let me see what i can do for you and fix some of these. Nope, but again, if your leadership handles things like this in the same manner, what do you expect from the rest. 5. Finance agent Jeffrey Wilson, just as bad. When i asked him for help on Robert Childs, he told me it was issue, he does financing. No, here contact his boss or the general manager, just once again no display for customer service. I was just a notch under the monthly belt.

I was repeatedly asked what are you looking for and explained certain things I wanted which were not available. Salesman brought another car similar in price and mileage. When he pulled up, the exhaust was rattling loudly, there was a very strong cigarette and weed smell. I said this was not for me and I would continue to look. The salesman said he was going to get his card for us. Perfectly fine! Then out came another gentleman and introduced himself as the Sales Manager, Sean McKay and pushed and pushed and pushed and we said, we wanted to look around... These 2 gentlemen were terribly pushy and we said, we are done looking for now. Pushed some more...my husband said and insisted we were done for the day. Twice the salesman said he was going to go for his card, NEVER returned. This did it for us!!! Never returning and DON'T RECOMMEND. You don't show a car with rattling and stench! McKay lost customers and ruined any reference from us.

It got to 4 PM that day and I still never heard anything so I called back again. Somebody did answer and was able to help me even though they did lie and say somebody called me, but I never got a call but at that point it didn't matter I was at least talking to somebody. I had a question about an appointment and then the associate Elizabeth told me to call her back the next day to confirm the appointment. I called back Thursday morning and again was told that she was with a customer and that they took down my information and that she would call me back. This was also probably about 9 AM. It then got to 4 PM. I didn't hear anything so I called back again. Another person now told me that she wasn't at her desk. They would leave her a message and that she would call me back again. She never called me back. I then called Friday morning probably again at the same time 9 AM and she actually was the one who answered she again told me she was still with a customer and that she would call me back within a few minutes. I then again waited until about 4:30-5pm still no call back so I called again. I did speak to somebody who answered the phone and I'll be honest I was a little upset and I told them that I was kind of frustrated and said that Elizabeth must be the busiest person in the company because it's been three days now and no one's been able to give me a call back. I'm guessing she probably told her that and again that's why I didn't get a call back all I wanted to do was schedule an oil change and confirm an appointment that she told me to call her back about this has been such a frustrating situation. I really regret buying my car here at this point if this is how I'm gonna be treated just to schedule a simple oil change clearly you don't care about the customer once they buy the car you only care about the customer while they are currently buying the car. just horrible customer service all the way around for just such a simple task and if anybody asks me if they should buy a car here I'm absolutely saying no.
