The concierge service was first rate, with young students helping with our bike rental (free) and shuttling to and from the nearby botanical garden. We decided to stay an extra night. The only minor critique, and i mean really minor, is that as they transition to cashless, they haven't changed the washer/dryer from coin op, but we undertand that this is underway. We were caught in a torrential downpour and needed to dry clothes before our flight the next day. Overall, kudos to the UGA Hospitality program for creating a friendly, professional, attentive culture among the staff here.

The breakfast is a cafeteria-style serving line, except the employees seem to have no knowledge of the menu and cannot listen to requests. The accommodations are meticulously decorated and comfortable. Breakfasts are catered by a local restaurant between 7am - 11am, and include scrambled eggs, bacon, orange juice, coffee, tea, several choices of baked goods, and even some Prosecco available if you want to concoct your own morning mimosa. In addition, beer, wine, and bottled still and sparkling waters are available all day, along with some crunchy packaged snacks in the afternoon. The location is in the Five Points area, which has many excellent restaurants within walking distance. We also noticed that Milledge Ave. is a popular jogging route for students in the morning. Not into jogging? A pleasant walk among the shade trees is a lovely diversion along the route as well. Parking is adjacent to the building and included. Access to the rooms and building are through an app which is easy to use. We felt like personal guests of the owners, and they ensured that we were satisfied with everything from start to finish. After our recent stay, I can't imagine staying anywhere else when visiting Athens again. We will definitely be back.

She was friendly, helpful and has developed a great page on Facebook, that I would recommend anyone to view, if looking for a beautiful family-sized cabin in the Great Smoky Mountains.
