They let me check in super early and ensured my room was perfect. It is CLEAN. Quiet. Comfortable. Carpets were even freshly cleaned throughout the hallways. Side note: The housekeeping team is phenomenal and puts thought into every little detail. My toilet paper has the sweetest bow and it has made me smile-So thoughtful and appreciated! Looking back, I wish I had just splurged and stayed at the hotel across from the Georgia Aquarium. The first room we were assigned had a toilet that didn't work. Overall, the hotel felt more like a Holiday Inn Express than a Hyatt, which was extremely disappointing given the price and the Hyatt brand. During our stay, someone was smoking marijuana in the hotel, and several guests were loud and disruptive, creating an atmosphere that felt unsafe. Because of this, we didn't feel comfortable using the pool. Housekeeping never came to clean our room, provide fresh towels, or restock the in-room coffee supplies. That was especially frustrating because the hotel had run out of coffee at breakfast, forcing us to leave the property and buy coffee elsewhere. For a Hyatt, this level of service was completely unacceptable. The complimentary breakfast was also disappointing. It consisted mostly of processed food and fell far short of the quality I expect from a Hyatt. Overall, this was the worst experience I've ever had at a Hyatt. The property felt run-down, dingy, and poorly managed. Considering what we paid, the value simply wasn't there. I believe the hotel should be thoroughly evaluated to determine why the quality, cleanliness, and overall guest experience have declined so significantly.

What lacks in this property are two important things: (1) there is no service elevator and the two main elevators are used by housekeeping which cause delays and long wait times in the morning (2) The Breakfast set up was missing healthier options like yogurt and hard boiled eggs. I was pleasantly surprised. The property was converted to a Crowne Plaza in 2021 following a major renovation, and it shows. I really liked the layout and décor of my room. I used the workout room three mornings during my stay and found it well equipped with modern machines and plenty of options. My one suggestion would be to keep the room cooler, especially when several people are working out at the same time. I was surprised the hotel doesn't have a coffee shop. The Keurig in my room didn't look particularly clean, so one morning, rather than making an early run to Starbucks, I decided to have breakfast at the hotel. That was probably the weakest part of my stay. First, I learned they don't make espresso drinks. Then I ordered a Denver omelette off the menu and waited more than 15 minutes, despite the restaurant having very few customers a little after 6 a.m. At that point, I realized I should have gone with the buffet and had my food immediately. I was attending a training about five miles away, so the location worked perfectly for me, with several easy routes to get where I needed to go. The restaurant in the evening seemed a bit short staffed and slow but it was okay. The morning staff was super sweet and attentive and the buffet is very reasonably priced. Our room did have a slight smell when we arrived but I didn't complain as we were exhausted and we got used to it. We slept well and were pleased with the bathroom amenities. Housekeeping came daily as well. The lobby is spacious and they were fine with bringing food in, so we ordered pizzas one night and the kids enjoyed that. The fitness room is small but more than adequate -- I wish I would have used it more. I would definitely stay here again - especially for future PPA tournaments at nearby Life Time Peachtree Corners!

The point is, if the app says something will be available at 5 PM, then perhaps it's a good idea to have somebody there at 5 PM. Not a great experience. Don't come with very high expectations here.

The bathroom is falling apart, the water won't drain in the tub, the door handle won't close let alone lock lmao. The actual bath wall had a crack that they glued back together, water stains, mold and paint stripping over the door entry to the bathroom. The sink had I HOPE, it was corn kernels, on rotation in the drain. I mean they just gave up. I mean... if you stay here.. you'll notice if at the minimum they painted over it, but this is ridiculous. The wall outlets to charge devices can't hold chargers or anything as they're just too loose and they just kept falling out, which just mean they're not child safe (if you have small children) I cannot imagine those who walk around barefoot would only came out with black fit. The breakfast was sad, coffee maker Was faulty or if there was a special way to use it ,note it somewhere. How is one not going to have coffee? The "cooked" food look absurdly greasy. Not many choices or any fruit. We only stayed the one night because of extreme exhaustion and guarantee we will not be returning. All the hotels in this little "triangle" have gone down hill 15 years and running. The only positive thing was it had cable.

Management repeatedly refused to issue a refund because the reservation was supposedly "non-refundable," even though the hotel was the one canceling our stay due to their own overbooking. I spent more than an hour arguing with the manager before she finally agreed to refund the third night. Her attitude throughout the situation was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. We ended up booking another hotel in town and were honestly glad to leave. A hotel that overbooks its rooms and then makes guests fight for a refund for a night they cannot provide is not somewhere I would trust with my money again. Do not book here! Or at least have a backup plan if you choose to stay here!

For several days, the…read morehotel's entrance door for building A has repeatedly been locked late at night, leaving guests unable to enter the building. The key card is working however the door is not responding. When I contacted the front desk around midnight regarding the locked entrance, I was simply told to use another door located on the opposite side of the hotel. Unfortunately, that area is very dark and poorly lit, making it difficult to see and creating safety concerns. Many guests have also expressed concerns about parking in that area due to the lack of lighting. However, during my whole stay (over a week) it has continually been locked late at night and during the day forcing guests to go to the end of the building. The front desk's response was dismissive, insensitive, and inconsiderate of guest safety--especially for women traveling alone or returning to the hotel late at night. Guest safety should be a top priority, and directing guests to walk through dark, unlit areas is unacceptable. The exterior of the hotel, the lobby, the elevator and the hallways or extremely outdated also. I hope management addresses the entrance and lighting issues promptly to ensure all guests feel safe and secure during their stay before they are on an episode of first 48
