Nelly took my lamp to repair it and it took 3 weeks even though I was told it would be ready in a few days. When I called to get an update after the first week, Nelly was annoyed by my persistence and said there was a delay because she was waiting for a part to fix the lamp (from reading Yelp reviews, this is a common lie that she tells customers when she hasn't started working on the repair yet) and suggested for me to get it fixed somewhere else if I didn't want to wait. Rude! When I went to pick up the lamp, I asked where the rest of my vintage, expensive, discontinued & hard-to-find bulbs were that I left attached to the lamp. She immediately cut me off to say no she doesn't have my bulbs because she never takes customer's bulbs and even SHOOK HER FINGER in front of my face. I went back and forth with her about this because she was gaslighting me and guess what?? I ended up seeing my bulbs directly behind her in a box full of junk. She then insists that those bulbs belonged to a different customer. I proceeded to take my bulbs, and she eventually conceded because she knew she was wrong. I asked for a bag to help me carry them. I WISH I COULD MAKE THIS UP BUT THIS LADY LITERALLY PICKED UP AN OLD, USED MCDONALD'S BAG FROM THE FLOOR AND PUT MY BULBS IN IT. This store needs to be shut down. Selling any service in this pig sty is criminal and unsafe.
